This company should be shut down. They only answer the phone to new customers so you can't complain. The material is outdated. As a headteacher, I can honestly say they should be ashamed of the quality of education they are providing. Save yourself!!!!!!!

Dont sign up with company, content is not fit for purpose, lessons are dated and they fail on communicating.
Tried many times and when i did get a response it was simply the same each time, system generated.
Subject access request also failed taking longer than required by law.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Don't sign up with company they are a bloody joke. My circumstances changed & could no longer afford to pay the monthly fee. I sent several emails asking to cancel my subscription & was told I couldn't even though I was told I could at anytime. No I'm being threatened with a debt recovery agency.

Please never sign up for this stupid program, I’m taking this on with the school that recommended this program to us, these people pester you until you sign up to their program. We sat down the idiotic sales man who assured us severally that we were able to cancel at anytime but I’m just realising that what they do it take a loan using your name, it’s nothing to do with the cheap program but everything to do with taking advantage of vulnerable families. It’s truly a shame but with all these complaints, this company will be dealt with sooner than expected, same with 3j finance, all scams of company!

This company are happy to call you nearly everyday in the cooling off period after that you will never hear from them again.
My children were quite bored with the website quite outdated if I’m to be honest. They didn’t log in for quite a while, no phone call or email to check if everything is ok.
I decided to cancel I wrote an email and stated my issues and the reply I got back didn’t address any of those issues they were more concerned about the remaining money they would need to take. I replied again to say I don’t have an issue with the remaining money, I stated points in my email and you haven’t even addressed them.
Never heard from them again. Really bad!

Do not use, fraudulent. They push you into signing up and when you try to leave they will keep adding a charge and call asking for their money. My severance bill was £300 ish and we called a few months later to settle it was £700! They said they had to close it first before they stop charging yet they did not call about missed payments, and we did call and cancel. Avoid. Also children will struggle to use the service unless you are with them, so might as well find an in person tutor. PS. They work with 3j finance

These people miss sold me this promising this that and the other. There was no way of getting out of this once I'd been lied to and signed up. They come to your house and basically refuse to leave till they get the sale. I told them I don't think my child would engage with this but I was promised that they would love it and if not i could cancel at a small cost, lol ok, good luck with that 1. Guess what, my child refused to engage and I'm still paying money for something that doesn't get used. This is a rip off and I advise everyone to avoid at all cost! You can get better education tools online for free and they don't lie to you about it and charge a fortune. Normally id cancel the direct debit but that risks bad credit and a visit from bailiffs. I will be seeking legal advice to recoup my lost money that these things have affectively stolen off me. AVOID!!

By the way TP you can delete this review as many times as you want, I'll keep putting it back up. You are obviously compliant in this companies BS. Are you on their payroll?

If I could rate it minus 5 star i would have done that. Please don't enrol your child in it. Once you enrolled it would continue taking payment and there is no way to cancel it. There is no cooling off period means you can't cancel it once you are enrolled. Hence £76 every month. so please don't fall into the trap.

I was told I was signing up for a year. They lied and now I'm paying for four more years I don't need. Complained to trading standards about this dishonest company as they sold services on false information.

Just tried to get onto the website and it is down-it felt a bit suspicious so i checked companies house and the company is dissolved! It's been ok for our daughter but the site was never the best - they have only just taken out my monthly subscription so now I am £50 down as they have gone under - thanks for that

I find as a homeschooling parent this service is fantastic. We are able to cover the curriculum and all areas that we as parent lack confident to teach. This is an excellent service for homeschooling pupils.

I would happily recommend Exemplar Education to anyone looking for help outside of the classroom. I used this for my eldest son initially but was able to add my 3 other children onto the program at no extra cost, each with their own tailored level of learning to suite their individual needs.
The customer care and support Is fantastic so your never stuck if struggling with anything.
The only criticism I have if being totally honest was the contract length I was tied into.
Overall an excellent program and service.

One should be able to cancel the package at anytime. The lessons are not so clear anymore but I am stuck with it.

They are the worst. Total waste of time and money. Customer service is crap. Spoke to someone about revising the services required. They said it was okay to pay a lower amount. At the end of the contract the finance company says Examplar never updated them about this. They are just time wasters!!!!

Exemplar is a scam, I want to cancel but unable to cancel. My children have not been able to use it. They got stuck on a question and the teachers were unable to help. The whole thing is a rubbish. One of my child has finished school and I phoned them but I was told to deal with the loan department. I had the loan department telling me that my default will result in bailiffs and my credit rating will be ruined.
I am begging every one not to sign up please. Its not a good program and not beneficial for the kids. It is a SCAM 🤯

Do not waste time and funds on the programme they provide (EXEMPLAR EDUCATION). Always technical issues ie hardware they provide never connects to Internet (wired and wireless), login issues etc just to mention a few.

On the 24th of August I called to cancel and I was relocating and the kid don't us it. The agent I spoke to me on the 24/08/22 that it is cancelled. I realised that I had not received my cancellation email or letter. Rang back to request what was agreed but to my amazement I was told I never called on 24/08/22. Sent a screenshot shot of my call register and all l keep hearing from all the agents that spoke to me thereafter was that THE CALL NEVER EXISTED and they can not find recording on that day. Personally I do think they have integrity and trust issues.

For a customer to have raised a concern and all you get from the provider of the service in this case exemplar is to call a number. That tells a lot I guess.

My daughter didn't use this after 1 month, my contract is up but I can not cancel my subscription, no one answers the phone or gets back to me after leaving messages on the answer phone, I've called the help education line but they can't help and just give me the number that no one answers, I've emailed and left messages for the guy that signed us up but again I am being ignored!!!

I signed up to god knows how long subscription, in 2016 I signed up for my son wasn’t aware it’s a loan you take out under your name. I wasn’t given the opportunity to read anything. I am also dyslexic so the pressure sales person put me in I didn’t know what I was signing. My son is in uni and I am still paying £98 a month. It was so rubbish that my son never used it. Gave the access to so many friends and family no one uses it coz it’s load of crap and I think I still have another 2 years of paying. The man signed me up on a 7 contract without me knowing. I really can’t afford to still be paying for this and don’t know what to do. Anyone has any advise on how to stop these payments

This is the worst company you ever want to get associated with. All their promises are fake. The come to your house and promise you a great education package for your children that simple does not work. When you contact them to come off the programme they start telling about lifetime package that you have no idea about when signing for the course. No one check on the progress of you child or try to make the programme work for the child. The minute the get you to sign whilst not giving you the opportunity to read the fine prints they are done with you. You will end up paying for a service that you children do not use as it is not child friendly and does not captivate their mind. I will not even go close to this company. There are better and more affordable companies out there with ousted accreditation. Please don’t even go let then fool you. I am a victim. I will not even recommend this to my enemy. Scammers.

This company has been declared dissolved via voluntary strike off from October 4,2022. Once a company is dissolved, it is illegal for it to continue trading. What is the response from Exemplar regarding this issue? please lodge complain to trading standards so that they can investigate.
