Absolute scam

Absolute scam. I paid for the Aspire Lounge (T1) experience expecting premium services, but I found a poor waiting room with only some fruit and bad machine coffee. Both the official Aspire website and booking platforms promise "Beer and Wine" and alcoholic beverages, but the staff just says "no alcohol available" with no explanation or alternative. This is misleading advertising and a total rip-off. Do not waste your money here; you are better off in the public terminal. I have already filed a formal complaint for a full refund

3 stars and getting worse

3 stars and getting worse. Snob that I am, I don't expect to pay for a lounge and then find it full of people getting in on a freebie with some cheap beach holiday. Total dilution of the original purpose of a lounge and signs of a company losing it's way.
