Exec Thread provides job listings that are not seen everywhere. I found a position listed that I was able to pursue once I used my points to find the recruiter. I not only was put into consideration for the role and interviewed, I developed a relationship with the recruiter whom I had not met previously. I have also found it helpful for finding out what else is in the market before accepting a new role.
