Expensive, slapdash workmanship, too much mouth

These 2 We're hired to fix water leaking from the shower into the room next to it. The recommendation was to take up the existing tiles and fit a Vinyl floor covering that curves up the walls like in hospitals, level the floor, and fit a new waste water gully in the concrete floor.
I agreed, the tiles were taken up however the adhesive was left stuck to the floor and was screeded over raising the floor level. It was supposed to have been self-levelling flooring that took two attempts to get the water to run towards the new waste water gulley.
The gully was fitted lopsided because they couldn't be bothered digging up the concrete floor and centre the gully and the existing waste water uplift pump mysteriously stopped working costing me £1000 for a replacement plus an additional £500 on top of the £3500 they charged to do the job. The vinyl flooring was the wrong size so I had to wait another week for the correct size piece of vinyl flooring to be provided in between they Rigged up the incorrect size piece of final so that I could have a shower which flooded the bathroom and hall because the waste water uplift pump that has been working for years suddenly had stopped working.
It took two weeks and £5000 to fit some vinyl flooring! No, I do not rate those 2 but give them five stars for knowing how to charge!!
