Travis helped me twice in one week with stressful travel problems. First, he secured a refund from United after the second leg of my flight was canceled, allowing me to book an alternative flight. Then he helped resolve a typo in my name that prevented me from checking in for another flight.
Both situations were complicated, but Travis handled them with remarkable patience, professionalism, intelligence, and humor. He turned frustrating travel snafus into manageable problems and was an absolute pleasure to work with.

As my husband and I struggled to complete all needed paperwork for our first Intl trip, Travis at British Airways cust svc was our savior. He was very patient and understood how challenges.
