Wow! What an amazing product, I had pain in both of my arms due to working out.
I wanted to test this on one side to see if I noticed a difference and oh my I did!
It was instance relief i was able to lift my arm above my head which I was unable to do. I used both the gua sha and the cream.
Loooooove the balm for after gym sessions and netball matches, soothes my sore and tired leg muscles and achy lower back!! It's lasted so long and I'll be buying another when this one runs out!

The product arrives instantly, the service is great, from packaging, being delivered and if I ask questions a speedy response.
The products are outstanding, the liquid chalk is my favourite, whether that’s using the rig for gymnastics or lifting a barbell. The chalk stays there even when I’m sweating, and it smells delightful too!
That’s closely followed by the balm, and the blade, whipping that out when I need it, at home, in the gym, the car, easily transportable so effective and helping with recovery.
