Worst service of excitel broadband service. Pls don't go with this service i raised ticket and waiting more than 4 days but no one takes responsibility.

Worst service provider and internet is so poor in speed and services, disconnecting issue occurs after 4-5 days every month.
Last 6 months experience till today
I am writing this review after a long torture from exitel,
I have requested them the complaint for frequent disconnections which was impacting my office day to day work.
It was never attended and they keep closing my ticket by mentioning issue resolved. I reopened the ticket several times but never got the resolution.
Then I shifted to new place and request my connection to shift to new place, again the same kind of response I got they never reached to me for connection shift. I did the complaint on customer service several times but as usual they just update the comments what is best for them never wrote what I am facing and telling them.
Then I raised the request for disconnections and return my money. Even after several follow ups from my side that was also not done in 3 months.
Strange thing happens to me today when I got a call to recharge my connection and when I asked which connection then they told me which have been shifted to your new address. Means they have done the shifting on papers which they never did physical shifting of connection.
Now with this you can understand how worst their processes and staff is...
I never never recommended exitel to anyone.

Excitel is one of the worst service provider I have ever come across. Initially I got a call from some sales agent offering 400mbps speed with 22+ OTT's and other free channels.
I told the guy I don't have smart TV, will it be effective. The sales agent said, don't worry sir u will get device to connect with ur TV.
Now it's been 3 months I haven't got Any device but the worst thing is their internet is not working. I have raised atleast 15 tickets and each I was assured some technician will visit my premises and fix the issue. But no result till not.
Worst worst worst company ever. I have bloody wasted Rs 8800 on such a company

Ticket 14141233 raised on 1st Nov to shift my connection to a new address but till today nothing has been done. CS is useless. Excitel sucks. I am stuck with them because already paid for advance rental
Worst Ever Service/Support/InternetConnection
So I have been using the connection because I live in a area(believe me when I say this, there is no other connection available here, and yes it is possible in 2023!) where there is ONLY this pathetic EXCITEL is available, and it has been very inconvenient and so unreliable that I have put this EXCITEL service as a back up now. I use JIO FIBER as my primary. On the days when you think you should give EXCITEL a try as your primary, mark my words, its going to sh on your plans. If you are working from home and have EXCITEL, you are in 1 hell of a ride. Its no better than being in a remote area where even phone reception do not work.
And if you reach out to their support, that is another cherry on the cake. THEY WILL ONLY TRY TO tell you to restart the router, go to speedtest.net, and if you tell them you are not happy and is not working as expected, they make false promises saying "TRUST US, WE WILL GET THE RESOLUTION IN 48Hours, and then they close the ticket without any resolution.
PLEASE DO NOT OPT FOR THIS SERVICE. #AFrustratedUser

I would have given negative rating if it was possible. Only the plans are good in excitel, nothing else, frequent connection issues and worst possible support. I requested for connection shifting, however it was not shifted even after 22 days, so finally I decided to get the connection terminated so that I can atleast my security deposit back. They didn't give a damn on the connection shifting request and now they're not giving a damn about the termination. I was told the device will be collected within 48 hours, it's already been over a week. Pathetic!

Excitel is the worst
Excitel is the worst. The sales guy bragged about the speed and the customer service and promised a full refund if it didn't work as excepted. But as soon as the connection was activated, I had speed and connection issues. Upon all the failed troubleshooting from the customer care, I asked for connection termination and refund just the next day. Their behaviour was totally different and mentioned that they don't have a refund policy.
I posted on Twitter via my account @manzoorwani_dev but to no avail.
Worst service provider
Worst service provider. Before you take connection they will talk nicely. After taking connections from local vender , they will talk rudely, internet connectivity also not good, disconnecting frequently, no proper solution from they. They will every visit 500rs for service , every time need to change patch cable.
Am suggesting not to take Excitel connectivity , it’s a worst service ever I have seen till now.

It is a cheater company. It have no OTT subscription.I have taken cable cutter plan on 18/09/23, But local and customer care number not solving my request.nor start OTT service.Speed is also 90 Mbps.It is better to take connection of JIO.

The worst internet service providers. There is no star atleast deserve them. The support team is worst. I have been waiting for a modem recollection and refund. There is no a proper person to contact or ask the refund. The support team always gives the same answer and a phone number which is switched off all the time. The location provided is also not able to find .
Now ,i lost the deposit amount. Just think if I am waiting for an resolution for 60days then how pathetic the service is. Please dont trust and take this connection
