Our Estate Planner, Scott Beaver, was very personable, helpful and attentive and we got on with him very well. He took an interest in our specific needs and worked hard to ensure these were reflected in the Will documentation to our satisfaction.

What made our experience great was that Mr Scott Beaver came to our rescue after we had lost £1,999 to another company who never delivered on their promise to do our wills, trust and final powers of attorney. We have submitted a complaint against the company in hope we can get our money back. In the meantime, Mr Beaver has demonstrated his wide knowledge in this area and has held our hands and walked with us through the complex and sensitive matters of drawing up our wills, trust and final powers of attorney. He was good at explaining the jargon and made it understandable in plain English. He was the ultimate professional, a human being who is good at his job.

Scott has the ability to make you feel welcome and relaxed in your own home.
My partner and I had in mind the type of will that we would like, however there was so much more to learn before agreeing and finalising our will. Some of the topics discussed in this process were understandably quite sensitive and thought provoking. Scott is very skilled in this area and is able to strike a balance between the legislative and personable aspect of explaining about your will options. He also has a great sense of humour which brought light heartedness to the discussion.
