On Site Resourcing have worked with Exchequer for past 15 years. Tony Burton Donna Alex & the team have always been 1st class. To start with Tony came out to meet me on several occasions which no other payroll providers did. This gave me the confidence to transfer all of our temp workers across to Exchequer. During IR35 Tony helped me & my time understand a somewhat tricky area. We now only use Exchequer & cannot see that changing.

I'm a self employed builder. I worked through an agency and the agency liaises with Exchequer so I had to register with them. Exchequer paid me my wages, but they didn't deduct the tax which is their job and for which they take their fee. When I told them they paid me gross amount they advised me to notify hmrc when I do my tax return. Basically, Exchequer charged me £21.50 for the service they didn't provide and now I have to do it myself. On top of that Exchequer took another £4 from me for PLI, although they knew I have my own because they asked me when they called me to register with them. When I asked them about the £4 they ignored me emails and never replied. Thank you very much for your amazing customer service. I'll definitely NOT recommend you.
