The product was damaged in delivery. Offered to replace. Asked for a picture of damage and about three weeks later all replaced. Constant attention.

RETURN REFUSED
I requested a return. They refuse to give me the address to send their product back. But I have received SEVEN emails from SEVEN different people in the last two days saying they understand my frustration and just want to make me one more offer. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

Love the bracelet and the charms
I received the bracelet and the charms in a lovely case. The case is a perfect jewelry box for travelling or even just organizing special pieces.
The chain of the bracelet is both lovely and sturdy. And the charms are a perfect size and I love them. I need to travel more so my bracelet will be full.

Broken charm
I got my second set of charms and while putting them on the chain one of my original ones broke! I was heartbroken. I asked if there was a warranty or if I should order a new one. Within 5 mins I got an answer....they will replace it as it should not have broken!
