It's my second time ordering from Exchange Life, and I will be back in the future! I've ordered:
- Gold with brown leather bag tag
- 2 charm bracelets

Every piece has been excellent quality. Dainty but not fragile - even the map charms which have a narrow strip of land. The gold plating is high quality, and the flag charms have vivid colour. 17 products so far, and I haven't found a single flaw with any. They've become my favourite souvenirs of my travels, and I will be back for more with each new country I visit!

Excellent product, excellent communication
I placed a large order of flag charms, and right from the start the communication was top notch. When I received the order a couple of days ago, I was blown away by the quality. The charms are extremely well made, flawless. The little jewelry box that they came in, and the leather keychain I ordered are also extremely high quality. I will order from this company again without hesitation, and will recommend them to others.

Quality charms from Exchange Life
Found this company on Facebook that sells beautiful travel charms, and have started a collection of all the countries I’ve visited over the years. In addition to the flags they also sell outlines of countries, with free gifts depending upon the amount of charms purchased. There is a choice of charm holders ie keyring, bracelet, necklace or bag chains in stainless steel or gold plated, as well as the travel jewellery box.
Well worth checking out, the charms are small but they sit well on the holders and are not heavy.
Customer service is excellent, they respond quickly and always ready to assist.

After seeing their social media adverts for months, I finally decided to place an order. However, as soon as I completed checkout, something felt off, so I did some research and was alarmed to find a large number of complaints from other customers. I immediately contacted the company to cancel my order, but my request was ignored and the order was processed anyway.
I paid through PayPal and, after contacting them, discovered that I had apparently also been signed up for a subscription that I had no intention of joining.
Several weeks later, a parcel finally arrived. The package was a tatty, damaged box containing only 4 charms, despite the fact that I had ordered more than 14. When I contacted customer service, I provided a clear photo showing exactly what had arrived. Their response was to claim the image was not clear enough. Frankly, the photo could not have been any clearer unless I had arranged a professional photoshoot for the four items they actually sent.
The customer service has been incredibly frustrating to deal with and seems more focused on avoiding responsibility than resolving genuine issues. I am still trying to obtain a refund for items I paid for but never received.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering from this company. The products that did arrive felt like cheap tat, the order was incomplete, and customer service has been extremely disappointing.

Placed a very large order with them in April. Was told not all items available so I said I would wait but wanted my order by June as I am travelling again. I have to e mail them to elicit a response. I have received so many emails now that they are all mainly the same I wish I had read these responses before using this company as I would not have used them at all , I would still have my huge amount of money and I would be able to go elsewhere. As others have said do not trust this “company” is it actually a real company or a one person enterprise disguised as a company?
Surprise surprise they claim my order has been updated and is now waiting to be posted as being in transit. The response from the company says I can email anytime but I am sick to death of e mailing them. I f I ever receive my order I will revisit this review and hopefully have something positive to report.
