I had used this company for the first time And move my stuff Back to Thailand . I found out my box been missing that time I were in Thailand And Double check it . I flew back to uk a month later & asking the manager , team pack , all they are say No to me
My stuff were wools lux , soap dispenser ( antique) , a whole box Crystal glasses, 3 Sony speaker & more.
Don’t ues this company this staff Look at your Parcel And which one More vulnerable And don’t write it down In a paperwork .
Also on that day I give them for lunch 20 £ each And thank you To help me pack my stuff. This company provided the thief & don’t forget to write the number on the box & keep eyes on them , so shit & I tell everyone DON’T used this company & go for sevensea movers

Good communication, and good service. They picked up a single item of furniture for me, from a rural area in Scotland, and handled all the shipping to the USA. Definitely recommended!

I moved from London to USA and really had an excellent experience dealing with Mr Nick Gjura. Throughout the process he was kind and helpful, informative and reassuring. He really made my move easy and hassle free. I'm satisfied with their service and remain grateful to their support. I do recommend them. I also want to add special thanks to Theresa at the reception.

I’ve waited until I received my Shipment to be able to write an honest full review. I shipped items including furniture, clothing and personal effects from UK to Los Angeles, it took just under 3 months. From beginning to end Vanessa Cairns was an absolute angel and all 5 stars (more if I could) go to her. She was so responsive to my never ending questions, even on days she was out ill or not working she’d always reply to emails. Honestly if it wasn’t for Vanessa I wouldn’t have made it through this move. I cannot stress how incredibly amazing she was! The only negative I would say would sadly be they way my things were packed, it wasn’t until l unpacked my items that I realized my shipment should have cost me half the price as the cubic footage should have been half as it was packed so badly. Some items broke, a packet of make up wipes (wrapped in at least 60 sheets of packing paper), a shoe box and 2 books were all that was in one large 5 cubic feet box! Yet china plates were packed in stacks of 5 or 6 without any paper between them, obviously resulting in some breaking. A storage ottoman which had some small bags and other light weighted things in were emptied into another box and the ottoman shipped empty, eventhough i mentioned they should leave the things inside, very counter intuitive. My rug and art deco coffee table were badly broken. Luckily I had insurance but I don’t understand how a huge (heavy) glass table top can be crated and wrapped in only a few sheets of paper, no bubble wrap, padding or protective wrapping on the corners… of course it ended up smashed too.
Not my first transatlantic move but the first to have so many damaged and poorly packed items. All that being said, I’ll say it again, Vanessa is the saving grace and an incredible asset to this company. She is the only reason I’d recommend them to be honest, as long as you have good insurance the ease of dealing with a company that has someone like Vanessa who really goes above and beyond makes it worth it and so much less stressful.

My items were delivered within the time-frame originally communicated.
Vanessa was exceptionally awesome; she handled every phase of the entire process with great professionalism.

Good experience with Excess International Movers from beginning to end. There was a delay with the collection but when the crew came they packed things very well. The delivery was also great, nothing was broken. Staffs especially Vanessa cairns was very helpful and helped me sorted out an invoice after the service was completed.

Excess helped with my move from London to the USA. They did a great job from beginning to end. Their support team (Vanessa in particular was great!) and moving crew were very professional, responsive and overall great experience and highly recommend.

I was a little concerned about some much older reviews that weren't exactly 5 stars however everything went smoothly for our shipment from the UK to Vancouver. Vanessa was very helpful and Neetu at the Vancouver warehouse was also very responsive and helpful.

Excess helped me ship some boxes from Sydney to London - they were reasonably priced and everything ran on time - Vanessa Cairns was really helpful and responsive

I was referred to Excess International by a friend who is a repeated satisfied customer. Metua Carson competently handled the quote, T&C and contracting process. Collection was scheduled for a specific date and it happened. Vanessa Cairns took over for the next steps. Thank you also to Ben Milligan of US based TnT logistics for making the special crates and packing several marble sculptures in them on-site. They arrived in perfect condition!
Vanessa was extremely helpful and supportive when my direct request to the US shippers for specific information was repeatedly ignored. Her persistent and thorough follow-up finally got me the answer I needed.
My personal effects, which arrived in perfect condition, are at home with me where they belong.

I have relocated three times across the Atlantic with Excess International, and on each of those occasions, my shipment has arrived successfully. I'd particularly like to thank Nick Gjura for his excellent logistics and people skills. I felt reassured during each stage of the relocation process as he attended promptly and effectively to all shipping matters. Another positive feature about this company is that, for a decent deposit fee, they provide the cartons and tape and build crates to specified dimensions. The packing materials are delivered in the same week. The full service included a door-to-door collection and delivery of 25 boxes of about 30kg and one crate. I am a very happy customer.
