Kamran was a great guy. Organisation from the office was superb. It can be stressful figuring out how to get from Manchester to birmingham after an oasis concert. It didn’t run smoothly as the M6 shut due to an accident but he stayed in constant contact with us and got us home safely, albeit late. These are the most trustworthy people and I knew we wouldn’t be stranded. Would definitely use again. And he let us sing in the car poor man.

Booked with Excelsior for an airport transfer to Manchester and back, and both journeys were absolutely perfect.

Both drivers were so friendly (Abdul and Kamar), and so helpful with helping load up the car, fit a car seat etc. Arrived promptly and with excellent communication (I was very anxious about getting to the airport on time) and any texts I sent with questions were replied to extremely quickly, even when I messaged quite late the night before our return flight.

Lovely kind drivers, great to chat to and kept us well informed of when they would arrive and where to meet. Genuinely could not fault any part of the service and would recommend highly to anyone looking for a reliable airport transfer!

Billy was our driver taking us Wolverhampton to Manchester airport (and back). He was very polite, professional and made sure we were all comfortable while travelling (checking the temp was ok etc). He helped us with our very heavy luggage and assisted with seatbelts when needed. He made the journey very pleasant. Will 100% be booking holiday transport with them again. 100% recommend. I have had a wonderful day using Excelsior cars. Got picked up and left back at Birmingham airport with the brilliant driver Usmaan. He's a great driver,very courteous,on time and have nothing but praise for him.

Excellent from start to finish. We had a late change of airport, I was able to speak to someone straight away who was able to sort things out. They were very calm too! Our driver was punctual, very pleasant and drove smoothly. Will definitely be using again.

Billy, my driver, was polite, helpful and very good company on a longish drive. He arrived on time. The car was very clean and comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both Billy and Excelsior Cars. The service was excellent from start to finish.

Billy our driver did both journeys between Birmingham and Heathrow. Bang on time, very helpful and polite, perfect vehicle for 9 of us including bags, great comms re arrival times/location etc. thoroughly recommend this company.

On our return journey, the service again was very good. Absolutely will this company again.

We had Billy and Kam do an airport run to and from Birmingham airport.
Can’t fault either of them in any way at all. Bang on time, clean and comfy vehicle, very friendly and helpful drivers and actually had a laugh with us and not just sat quiet which made the journey better.
We will definitely be using Excelsior Cars again and shall recommend them too.

Kamran was our driver he was punctual professional and very friendly and ensured both my small grandchildren were safe and comfortable in their child seats. Honestly couldn’t have gotten a better experience, we got a taxi from Birmingham airport to Cheltenham and then back a few days later. Kamar our driver couldn’t have been nicer to deal with and I really would recommend him and the company to anybody! 10/10 service

I've been using Excelsior for several years now for frequent transfers from Birmingham Airport to Derby and back, and have only ever have good experiences with them. They are hugely reliable and provide a top-notch service. The drivers are just the best - lovely guys - and we've had some great chats over the years - have covered all topics! Even when there was major chaos at Birmingham due to a bomb scare, Abid went above and beyond to make sure that my elderly dad and I got back to Derby safely. The online booking process is so simple, and I believe that the firm's website has just been updated to streamline the process even further. All in all, Excelsior have made my travels a lot easier, and for that I am grateful. Thank you, all!
