ExcelManagerToolbox in its simplicity does the deliver. Do not expect more than what it promises: surely worth the money spent on it. Immediacy of use and impact are its strength. Other more complex tools that provide similar features lack ExcelManagerToolbox immediacy.
The tool is very easy and useful. It's been created by keeping user experience in mind - with required instruction, help text etc. I had started using the tool in just 10 mins the first time. I liked the way it helps in managing the tasks and creating minutes for any meeting.
Also the feature like generating pdf copy or sending email with copy is great. Doing the same in simple excel is time cumbersome and redundant.
Hope to see more latest version on this like handling multiple teams, group emails etc.

The key features for us has been the ease of use, streamlining communications and majorly the project & team organization capacity.
Very easy to use with little training needed. Can track tasks, priorities and their statuses. A lot of possibility for us to go further with this tool.
