Investing in Southeast Asian real estate from Europe always felt like a daunting step, but Gabriel and the team at Excellence Bali completely changed our perspective. From our first call, the level of transparency was outstanding.

They guided us step-by-step through the PT PMA corporate setup, verified spatial zoning—which was our primary concern—and handled the entire contract process remotely via a certified local notary (PPAT).
