At Excel Care Group, we believe that everyone deserves to receive care that is compassionate, respectful, dignified and truly centred around them as an individual. We are a trusted, independent home care provider specialising in complex care, end-of-life care and personalised support for people who wish to remain in their own home and familiar surroundings. We understand that inviting a care provider into your home is a very personal decision, and we work hard to build trust with the people we support, their families and healthcare professionals. Our team provides care that is tailored to each person's individual needs, wishes and circumstances. We take the time to understand what is important to each person and make sure their care is delivered with kindness, dignity and respect. Whether someone requires ongoing complex care or support during the final stages of their life, our aim is always to provide reassurance, comfort and continuity while helping people maintain as much choice and independence as possible. End-of-life care is a particular privilege for our team. We recognise that supporting someone during the final chapter of their life is about much more than providing practical care. It is about being there for the individual and their loved ones, listening to their wishes, protecting their dignity and providing compassionate support during what can be an incredibly difficult and emotional time. We are proud to have built a team who genuinely care about the people they support. Our values of Passion, Communication, Fun, Integrity and Teamwork are at the heart of everything we do. We work closely with families, healthcare professionals and other organisations to ensure that care is coordinated, responsive and centred around the person. We continually look for ways to improve the quality of our service and the experience of the people we support. At Excel Care Group, care isn't simply about what we do — it's about how we make people feel. We want every person we support to feel safe, listened to, respected and valued. We are proud of the care we provide and grateful to every family and individual who trusts us to be part of their care journey.

A wonderful team

The staff have been fantastic throughout everything. They are kind, compassionate and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and they had incredible respect for our friend, maintaining her dignity at every visit. They got to know her quickly and understood and followed her needs and wishes. We are so grateful for their kindness as well as their practical support and advice. They made a really difficult situation a lot easier to manage. Thank you all so much.

Thank you so much, for taking the time to leave such a beautiful and heartfelt review.

Your words mean more to us than you could know, and I will make sure every member of the team sees them. To know that our staff supported your friend with such kindness, compassion and respect during such an important and incredibly difficult time in her life is something we are truly grateful to hear.

Providing end-of-life care is a privilege that we never take for granted. We understand that we are not simply caring for someone’s practical needs — we are being welcomed into some of the most personal and precious moments of a person’s life, while also supporting the people who love and care about them.

Our aim is always to make sure that every person we care for is treated as an individual, with their dignity, wishes, choices and comfort at the heart of everything we do. Taking the time to get to know someone, understand what matters to them and make sure they feel safe, respected and cared for is so important, particularly at the end of their life.

We are incredibly proud of our team, and your kind words are a wonderful reminder of why the work they do matters so much. Knowing that they helped to make an incredibly difficult journey a little easier for you and your family means a great deal to us.

It was a genuine privilege to care for your friend and to be part of her journey. Thank you for trusting Excel Care Group to support her, and thank you for recognising the incredible care and compassion shown by our staff.

With heartfelt thanks,

Lesley & all the team at Excel Care Group
