Very poorly composed curriculum, same things are repeated multiple times, feels like they just copy - pasted from the law and regulation.
Canceled my subscription 5 days too early, and after it is canceled no way to access your account and certificate.
Very confusing and not clear instructions on where and how to get certificate - had to reddit / google every step of the way.

It sounds like you had access to your course for over 1 year with paid extensions. Our courses are valid for 1 year.
This part of your review: "Canceled my subscription 5 days too early, and after it is canceled no way to access your account and certificate." doesn't ring true to how we manage course access periods and refund requests. We've requested purchase details from you to get more information.

Thank you for providing more information! It looks like your account was archived 1 year from the date or purchase. You should have seen an alert when buying an extension that showed your 1-year date and notified you that your course will be removed by that date.
Here's what it says during the purchase process:
"ExamFX courses are available for a maximum of one (1) year from the registration date. Access to this course will no longer be available as of DATE AND TIME.
Purchasing an extension will only provide access through this date.
This purchase will not be prorated and is non-refundable."

Hello! We need more information about who you are and what product you've purchased to understand what is going on here.
Insurance Prelicensing Certificates are processed within two business days, excluding holidays and weekends in Proctor States of CO, MN, MS, WI, and IL. All other certificate states are issued right away and downloaded by users. We communicate processing timelines in the Certificate Requirements tab in the course.
For Insurance Continuing Education, in proctor states, certificates are issued within 2 business days, and self-printed certificates are available right away.

GREAT preparation. Trust the process.
I am a good test taker. It thought I might skim through the material, pass the quizzes and breeze through the test. Welllll, that was not the case. Please, read through the sections and watch the videos. Take the quizzes and review your wrong answers. Make a list of the numbers- timelines, penalties, etc. I passed the practice exam with an 80. I earned a 91 on the real exam. It works!

ExamFX helped me to get an understanding of the concepts that are involved instead of just listing information to be memorized. I followed the outline that is provided in the video course, and passed the state insurance exam with a higher score than I ever made on the ExamFX practice tests. For me, this course was perfect and did it’s job!
