Daniel was superb, he clearly explained everything to me and repaired and serviced my Omega to a factory standard, the repair was done on time and budget so I can not recommend strongly enough, first class and a pleasure to deal with.

After many searches and using a few other watch repairers found Daniel who is wonderful and honest. One watch he could not repair as manufacturer will not supply parts 😩 however the other watch was serviced and new main spring fitted as this was the cause of the limited power. All done and good communications along the way.
I know where my other watches will go for their servicing/repairs in the future.

WHAT a JOY it was to find Daniel!
I live in the North ...so, nowhere near Camberley...but I found Exacta watches online...
I rang before sending my partners cherished (it was his deceased father's) old Seiko watch just anywhere!
I spoke to a lady with whom I felt an immediate trust.
I duly dispatched the watch by post to Daniel.
He called me the next day to reassure me that it had been safely received and he felt he could restore it!
EXCELLENT news....as Seiko themselves has advised that they were not able to restore it as the battery had been left in and had (over the years of storage) leaked and, consequently, corroded the workings...
Daniel, with our knowledge, put in a new Swiss Quart movement and returned the watch VERY quickly indeed!....and, we felt, at a very fair cost....
It was rather useless having a beautiful 18k gold Seiko watch at home that didn't work....

Daniel is as charming as his work is excellent!

I have a Rolex that is playing up and will not hesitate to send this to Daniel for examination....and, hopefully, made good again!
I feel certain all will be good!

I found Daniel at Exactawatches by doing a search on Google and could not believe he lived just down the road from me.
I had 2 Omega watches that were purchased in 1990 and needed new batteries, I took them to Daniel and agreed a service / polish and new straps.
10 days later he called me to say they were ready to collect - I went round and the watches were just like new and keep excellent time - my wife and I were very pleased and it was an excellent price compared to an Omega service etc. plus a warrenty.
I cannot recommend him highly enough an expert for sure!

I have used Daniel in the past to successfully repair 2 watches. They are both still keeping perfect time after almost 2 years. With this in mind I sent a further problem watch to Daniel to look at. His opinion was that the watch could be repaired but in view of the current value of the watch I decided not to proceed. Daniel was very helpful and even recorded watch back to me without cost.

I cannot rate this watch repaiirer highly enough,
After a bad experience with a repairer in Devon, Daniel at Exacta put things right.
He telephoned me and sent photos of the watch, quoted a fair price for the work and after 3 weeks telephoned to say it was ready.
The watch now works great.
