I liked the human support
Seriously, it's rare to find such calm conversations. No "delays due to technical reasons" or anything like that. Once, they even suggested a cheaper way to make a transfer using a different token. That was nice.

Once I was cheated on another exchange
Once I was cheated on another exchange, and I became cautious to the point of paranoia. I found EX.Financial, read that they have KYC and Brazilian registration, and decided to try it with a small amount. I immediately noticed that the manager on WhatsApp was polite and responded without rushing. After verification, everything arrived, the exchange rate was correct, and they sent a receipt.
