Wildly inaccurate sizes
Ordered a medium shirt. They sent me one that was labelled a medium but way smaller than their definition, to the point where it didn't come close to buttoning up.
Complained, so they sent me a new one. This one was labelled large and bigger than last but the chest size was still 8cm smaller than their mediums are meant to be.
They initially refused a refund before backing down, so that was something but a frustrating couple of months not getting what I asked for.
UPDATE:
Ex-Stock did indeed send me a size chart after my initial order, which said a medium has a chest size of 96cm.
The medium they sent me had a chest size of 84cm. The replacement large shirt had a chest size of 88cm.
As for initially not refusing a refund, to quote their email of May 13 in reply to my request for a refund, they said: "we aren’t able to offer a refund in this case" before changing their mind when I replied insisting on one.
In fairness to the customer service team they were quick to respond to emails and they did give me a store credit but I won't be using it as I have no faith in their ability to provide whay I ask for.
Despite their efforts, Ex-Stock weren't able to supply me with what I ordered on March 17 - a shirt I could wear - so it is impossible to say I am satisfied.
That said, they did at least try to help so I have upgraded their rating.

For full transparency:
Your original order totaled only €10, and it was delivered within 10 days. Despite the low order value, we went above and beyond, incurring nearly 10 times that cost just to resolve your concerns.
When you expressed concern about sizing (despite our size chart being available on the product page), we immediately offered a free replacement — and sent two shirts, completely free of charge.
We also offered you a full refund, even though our policy typically provides store credit in such cases.
Additionally, we gave you a $10 gift code and added loyalty rewards to encourage you to give us another chance.
At no point did we refuse a refund!! in fact, we processed it promptly and did not require the items to be returned.
We welcome and value feedback, but in this case, we feel the review does not reflect the full story. Regardless, we sincerely wish you all the best and remain available if you ever reconsider shopping with us again.

Just to clarify, when you placed your order, the item was flagged for a shipping delay. We also reached out as soon as we got confirmation from the vendor that they wouldn’t be able to ship before February 15th. Then, on February 6th, we let you know that one of the items was out of stock. The moment we received your confirmation on the replacement, we moved forward with shipping right away.
Your order has now been in transit for 12 days and has already arrived in the U.S. USPS is handling the final delivery. I've sent you a private message with your tracking details so you can check the latest updates. Our Standard delivery 7-14 Days and any delay over a week you will receive 5$ for that delay.
Our team has also been in contact with you via email to make sure we resolve this issue in the best way possible.

Go One Size Up
The wait was longer than expected, took around a month to arrive. After carefully looking at the reviews before ordering and receiving my product and trying it, definitely go one size up as suggested. The clothing is well made, especially the inside of it. It's more of an indoor wear, but could be worn outside for a quick store run, under certain conditions that it's not raining or it being hot out, because the fabric used will contain your sweat inside of it rather than soak it, and rain as the outside as well, but that might just be me. The hoodie could use a bit more room around the chin to make it more comfortable when turning your head so it doesn't feel as though your restricted. In the end it's good clothing. More of a college student at the library type of wear, but it's still good clothing that I'll probably buy again sometime.
