In August, I purchased a computer. When it arrived it wouldn't turn on. When I explained what happened I was told they would send a label to return and repair. It never arrived and when I contacted the company again, I got no response. I finally took it to an independent computer repair co. And found out the battery was faulty and wouldn't hold a charge. Purchase products from here at your own risk!!

We don't have any sort of reference number or order number for this claim on this review.
We sell tens of thousands of laptops a year. So if there was an issue, having a claim number would be extremely helpful especially for a review that is 5+ months old.

Ipad for Christmas
The iPad is just as decribed which is great, but I paid 2 day fedex shipping instead of free in strong hopes it would be in by Christmas since I ordered Dec 20th. It arrived Dec 28th, which was extremely disappointing to not have a gift for my mother in law on Christmas.
