When we got problem with the controller they sent a new controller really quick. Perfect service!
I use my v2max daily in all weather including snow. At first j was impressed with the scooter. After a few months you start to notice the poor quality of the build. I need to change the tyres regularly as they are very low standard. The brakes have broken, the shaft is not straight and the screws are so poor quality it can be almost impossible to get them out when servicing the scooter even after using wd40 spray. As my main form of transport I would expect the scooter to last 2 years before changing it but I'm not sure it will last one year as I've had it 10 months. My kid has Xianomi s1 which he has had 3 years and never ANY issues which confirms the build on his scooter is of higher standard than ewheels. I personally would rather have paid more money for a higher standard than finding a cheaper alternative which ewheels offer and when you do want to order a spare part it is often out of stock and takes months to get the part you need. The customer service does take time to answer but have always being polite though. I was hoping to continue purchasing my scooters from ewheels but now I won't because of the poor quality build so very disappointed.
After my kickbike stopped working, I contacted the support and was told to send it in to the Service department. It was said to take 4–6 weeks. It's now on week 8, no response at all. I've tried to contact them 3 times since week 6 by email but nothing. As there are no phone you can call, all you have to rely on are email. Terrible costumer service.

This is a 5star company, i had a problem with a puncture they changed tires free of charge. I had a lot of fun trying different typer of scooter while waiting. +++++

Easy, no problem with payment or delivery. The scooter hade some problems later on but service/warranty was no problem at all.
Really good service and fast delivery. We have ordered before and always very pleased with the products.
I bought an electric scooter here. It doesn't work, no matter what I try. I asked the company for help but got no answer. I can't recommend this scooter or company because of this. Please be careful if you're thinking about buying here. I hope they fix these problems soon.

Everything was fine with customer support and the product untill I wanted to send the E7 scooter back to upgrade to a E8 and they stopped answering.
They told me to send pictures as I did and had no reply since 10 May.
Sent a follow up message the 12 May. Also no reply.
Will update this review depending on whenever not they reply and help me or not.
Very good customer service! Fast respond and personal (not canned) answers. Have physical stores which can be handy in case something is wrong with the scooter. The scooters are of good quality. Good value for money.
Had an issue regarding my E-wheels e2 and contacted the company by using their contact form on the website. They quickly contacted me for more details and after a few days they asked me to send the kickbike back to them as they couldn’t resolve the problem from distance. I have now waited for 3 weeks and haven’t heard anything…
But I was informed that service could take 2-5 weeks
Great quality. I dont remember if it took 2 or 3 days to get the scooter. In runs smooth! I can recommend it.

My bike was broken when I got it. A lot of trouble.
Horrible customer service that do not follow Swedish law. Does not respond in a timely manner. Had my electric scooter E2S V2 2022 for 4 months then the engine or something just got service errors. Now it has taken 2 months of reklamation. They blame the supply chain issues, something that no other companies have problems with anymore. Had to pay for huge packaging to send it back for service which according to Swedish law should be paid by the company if they have given you that instructions...
I have got the bike with faulty engine and they will not accept the withdrawal because I have driven the bike more then 20km. Also, I had reported this long time ago, but customer service is extremely poor.
