Ordered on the 15th Aug

Ordered on the 15th Aug, never received an email to inform of dispatch, i think its disgusting you've played on peoples hopes for a success fertility cycle, the items ordered were not what was received or related to fertility. No wonder they have so many bad reviews, didnt even get a responce from the contact us page after completing details. DO NOT USE THEM.

If I could give no stars I would . I ordered from Evora June 16 , 2025 & never received the kola bear merchandise I paid for . It’s now the end of August & every time I email they respond with the same words “working on it “ … They certainly have kept my money & are not working on it !

I order end of April and never received…

I order end of April and never received the order. I requested a refund and still waiting. Seems their customer support who always answer within a day keep repeating the same story, they assure me they are working on it or that they have escalated the issue. Might be an AI agent replying so promptly and politely.
I am looking for their headquarters office to report them to consumer protection. My mistake not checking the website fully as their company information is absent. Hope people read these reviews before buying, I certainly didn’t and I am at a loss now.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT I would leave a less star review if…

I would leave a less star review if possible, we ordered a puppy Evora for our autistic child, after a long wait it arrived and she loved it it helped her get to sleep, after 5 months one of the functions stopped working the breathing and tummy movement function which is the one she liked the most, after going back and forth explaining the defect they refused to repair/replace or refund and offered £15 as a gesture (which is admitting that the product was not fit for purpose) I told them I would not be needing the &15 as it had to be put to another product of theirs and I told them I would not spend good money after bad. It’s unbelievable that this product isn’t fit for at least 12months defects guarantee. 30 days is absolutely ridiculous DONT BUY FROM EVORA OFFICIAL AFTER SALES IS DIABOLICAL

STEP AWAY FROM THIS SITE!
Don’t make the same mistake I did and place an order with Evora. I waited 2 months for my order which never arrived. I requested a refund which after a further 2 months I am still waiting to receive. I keep getting the same frustrating response from Customer Services that “it is being processed.” As if! No refund should take this long - what a complete scam! 1 star is generous!
I will be raising it with my credit card company.

Ordered Koala - never received

PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Ordered Koala on 28th May. Three months later still haven't received it despite several emails assuring me it was on its way. Tracking remains at 'processing'.
Asked for a refund 3 weeks ago and same result - assurance that they were processing the refund but nothing happening.
I have posted a review on the Evora website and it hasn't been published.

Absolutely dreadful company

Absolutely dreadful company - they've given me false shipping information and pathetic AI generated responses for the last three months - I'm lodging a chargeback request with my credit card company.

If I could leave ZERO stars

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. I have never in my life written a bad review before but but this company absolutely deserves a HORRIBLE review. The fact they haven’t been fined or shut down is beyond shocking. This is an absolute scam operation.

I’ve never received the Koala product. I’ve been strung along with nothing but BS excuses constant “checking with the manager” responses from Evora yet here I am, 2 MONTHS later, still waiting for a refund. This company has no accountability, no integrity, and clearly no intention of making things right.

Do yourself a favor: NEVER buy from this so-called “company.” Escalating this further! Oh- and I’m sure I’ll get the cut and pasted response from Evora which they have done to all the responses above.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Just like all the other reviews i’ve read from this website, I just wish I’ve seen them before wasting my money…placed an order early May 2025, more than 3 months later I have not received anything. It seems that the main source of income for this “company” Evora is by scamming people. Do not waste your time, money and sanity with them. Their customer service department is useless. I’ve requested a refund and a few weeks later still no sign of a refund.

Order not received

I placed my order in May 2025. Three months later, I still have not received it. I have contacted Evora on numerous occasions and each time, I get the same response that they have contacted the carrier but have been unable to determine when I will receive my package. I find this unacceptable, and this has been going on for over a month!

22nd June I placed an order 19th August now,,,,

On the 22nd June I placed an order with Evora. It is now August the 19th and I still have not received my parcel!!!
There have been no updates, the only time I have found any information is when I have emailed. They fob you off with fake concern and *we understand your frustration* rubbish.
The fact that these utter clowns claim to sell products for anxiety is laughable!!! It's caused me stress and anxiety just receiving my parcel, and it's been nearly 2 months.
I'm so utterly disappointed. I will seriously never ever order from this company ever again and I suggest you do not !!!

Bogas company

I ordered a stress relief Kola bear on the 12 th of June now 19th August never ever received my order email so so many times with response going to track my order going to find out about a refund no updates reply I think this company is a fake and have taken my money I am going to report them as iv had enough do not order or buy anything from this website as you will not get your goods or money back

Is this a scam?

I ordered in June and despite repeated requests for a delivery tracking update there has been no response. I am resigned to the fact that I have likely been scammed. Very poor form to target families with a child having anxiety or mental health issues.

3+ months and still no item recieved

I ordered from here in may (3 months ago) and it still hasnt arrived. When I emailed they told me it had been dispatched but were trying to find what courier they used. They gave me a fake shipping number, but still didnt know the courier.. They are very responsive on their email - probably to try and keep you engaged so they can buy more time to scam other people before they get cancelled and reported. Please report and do not buy from here.

Do not buy from this company unless you…

Do not buy from this company unless you want to wait weeks and weeks and never get a satisfactory response yes they answered my emails but always fobbed me off. Ended up submitting all my emails and their pathetic response to my bank to get my money back. They sell goods that are meant to ease anxiety but all they did was provide me with more - order at your own peril!

REPLY - I have contacted you on numerous occasions and it’s always the same “we will come back to you with an explanation” I have had that email on at least 4 occasions- just provide me with an explanation as to why you did not fulfill my order! It’s not hard

Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with!

Placed an order end of May, which still hasn’t arrived. Have sent an email every week, have requested a refund multiple times which never happens, they only come back to you once you contact them but only to say that they’ll get to it as soon as possible, but nearly 3 months on and still nothing, absolute joke of a company and customer service!
Evora if you reply to this telling me to contact you and tell me you’ll look into it, I will take this further and report you!

Update: got the exact generic response that i was expecting and that everyone else has got, so will be reporting Evora first thing in the morning!
