Ordered a Nomi chair from here and received the wrong colour. For two month we have been unable to reach anyone with regards to a refund, exchange or return. Absolutely no reply to any mails and the German customer service named on the webpage claims they are not responsible and cannot help, one needs to contact the company directly in Danemark. I cannot recommend buying anything from this brand.

Thanks for the reply… even if it is a generic standard response. It is funny to see how you reply here within a day but not to any e-Mails send to you. We have already provided several e-Mails to info@ evomove.com. We have left several messages on your answering Mashine in English and received no reply. If you are interested in resolving the matter please provide a direct e-mail address of an actual person to contact. Alternatively check your e-Mails and get back to us directly…. There should be several by now.

We bought most of the chair in a local shop and ordered some parts online directly from evomove, because they were not in stock at the local store.
We got a Sales invoice and shipping notification and shortly after received a package with only one of the three items we ordered.
We contacted evomove several times, but never heard back from them. We already paid the full amount for all three items. Since we don’t get an answer to our mails, and there is no phone number we could call, we are now stuck with no products but the price paid.
Something like this really never happened to us before. You would think a store like that is trustworthy.
Really disappointed, we were really looking forward to using the chair with our baby.

Nomi high chair was a big part of my son life and I highly recommend this chair. Not only for its safety and comfort but also for its beautiful design. I loved how easy it was to clean after a messy dinner or how the chair "grew" with my son, changing every year og growing together.

Great highchair. It was easy to assemble and use. However, the tray is textured and any suction plates, cups, toys do not stick to it. It is a major inconvenience. Had I known this beforehand I probably wouldn’t have bought the highchair. I hope the company will release another version of the tray that allows suction plates to stay on.

Amazing high-chair! Our daughter and family realy loves it. With most attractive design it is really worth to buy. The delivery was quite fast. Thank you once again.

I ordered a chair several months ago for our first born and since the day the chair arrived we loved it.

After two attempts of reaching out to their customer service I wrote a Bad review here on trustpilot. It seemed my mails got stuck in their spam but Melanie of their customer service department cleared quickly the case - one of my best customer service experiences so far.

Hands down a good looking high chair. Sold me on ascetics. Although lower then I anticipated the height works perfect. My only complaint is that the surface of the platter is “gritty” so the suction plates don’t stick to it. Had this high chair for about 8 months now.

Seamless ordering process, fast delivery and of course giving the Ferrari of child seats instantly elevated me to the status of 'favourite cool aunt' - am off the hook, gift-giving-wise, until graduation.
Jokes aside the quality of the product is amazing, very quick to set up and fit their living room a lot better than the plastic one.

Unfortunately, the survey reached me in danish language which I don‘t understand. I suppose you meant how satisfied I was with you / your product. If this is right, there‘s just 1 star missing from the max ant that’s related to some slight color difference in the grey plastic parts we bought earlier (child restraint seat and table).

Good chair, very satisfied.

Realy the best system for my babies, it’s the second we have because Flora 4 years old love her chair and Marcello 6 months old news a new one!
