iPhone 17 case awful service and quality
Bought and iPhone 17 case and the quality of the case is god awful especially for what you pay I’ve had better phone cases for £10 it doesn’t fit properly and unlatches itself which has caused me to drop my phone and damage the phone and case and also the screen protector I bought of this robbing company I’ve only just seen all the reviews on here now wish I had checked beforehand because like everyone says they big themselves up all over facebook when they’re scamming people for cheap quality products, I contacted them saying I was dissatisfied and their response was because it’s past the 30 day window they don’t care, i understand they have a 30 day window but the products being sold are terrible quality.

The materials are listed on the product page and are not described as being fully metal. The case is made with an aluminum alloy frame, a PC back with metallic spray, and a metal lens ring with glass cover, plus a built-in magnetic ring.

The case was delivered damage
The case was delivered damage. The section to go around the power button had been bent.
I sent a picture of the damage with my complaint to the company, who then also wanted a video.
There reply “ Since the case is made of aluminum alloy, normally the packaging box would show more visible damage if the case had experienced the level of damage shown.
To better understand the situation, could you please provide a clear video showing the case being installed on your phone?”
Who would risk damaging there phone to try and put on a damaged case!?!?

I was very disappointed in the companies support for a clearly defective item. I purchased an Inductive Charger for my iPhone. After just a week or so of use, I experience a failure in the device- you could charge the charger, it would magnetically connect to the iPhone, but it would not charge the phone. I tried it on several iPhones and not charging. The charger had only 4 lights showing its present charge level, and that would never change. I contacted support and explained what was happening. After 2-3 weeks of emails going back and forth, sending videos, pictures, I suggested that I would return the item for diagnostics, and they can send me another one. They immediately said that it was beyond the 30-day guarantee. I believe in working with your customers especially if the product had a defect. I am extremely disappointed and to this point there has not been a resolution. I hope that the company adjust their customer engagement strategy, for their business and ultimately for the customer.

Fake iPhone cases
What ever you do, do not by one of these Evolve MagSafe iPhone cases for your phone. Unfortunately I ordered one. Instead of the few days promised delivery, it took over a month to arrive. And although advertised as metal and magnetic, the one I received is plastic and not magnetic. So it won’t stick to a charger or other device. This phone case is complete shit and is being fraudulently sold by Evolve. Spread the word and be careful of cheap imitations!

Poor customer service
I purchased an iphone 17 pro metal case. After a few weeks I noticed that the back of the case comes off without pressing the release catch. Customer service asked for a video and they have said that the fault is a man-made error due to incorrect use, therefore not their responsibilty! How do you incorrectly use a phone cover? Evolved Chargers have a 39% 5-star rating but alarmingly a staggering 48% 1-star! On FaceBook thy don't show the poor reviews, only those who have a good experience. No doubt many are satisfied but they need to be concerned about the many more who aren't.
I award 1-star because I can't give a zero!

Superb casing
Superb casing. Arrived safely. Fitted perfectly to my iPhone 17Pro plus and matched the colour perfectly. Unfortunately I dropped the phone a couple of days later however, the casing did exactly what it was designed to do and to the impact. The screen cover was also damaged and also cracked however the phone screen was undamaged. So thank fun I had the Evolve casing & screen protector fitted as it saved me a massive bill on a brand new phone !!!

Misleading product and terrible customer service
This company sells a “magnetic metal” iPhone case that is neither metal nor properly MagSafe compatible. The case I received does not charge on MagSafe at all, which completely defeats the purpose of buying it.
What’s worse is the customer service. Instead of simply honouring a return for a clearly defective/misrepresented product, they drag the process out with endless hoops. First they demanded photos. I sent them. Then they demanded a video. I sent that too. Now they’re asking me to run irrelevant tests like removing the case to see if my phone charges normally.
My phone charges perfectly with other cases. The problem is obviously their product.
At this point it feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid issuing a refund rather than actually helping a customer.
Selling a product as “metal” and “MagSafe compatible” when it clearly isn’t is misleading, and the way they handle complaints makes the experience even worse.
Save yourself the headache and buy a case from a reputable brand instead.

Bought a phone case received the wrong one it was for a I phone17 pro max and I received just the iPhone 17 pro phone case it was too small for my max and I have tried 5 or 6 times to return it and they keep denying it . Word of advice don’t order from evolved keep it American made.

Scam
Scam, misrepresented items as high quality and upsold. Returning everything I bought and disputing with my credit card company. All items were delivered through gofo and damaged in the process. No brand of evolved was on anything. Googled the actual product brand to show them online for $10-20. This is compared to the almost $200 worth of 4 items I paid. I should have googled them first before an impulse buy.
