3 Day CAL Course was Phill-nominal!!

Took the 3 day course on Certified Agile Leadership. The class size was perfect for the amount of information and number of interactive activities accomplished over the 3 days.
The course structure was spot on, focusing day one on Agile Leadership Essentials; building on day two with Leading Teams through Agile Transformations, and finally, wrapping up with a solid foundational understanding of how to apply Agile principles at an Organizational level, supporting an Agile Transformation, on day three.
