The house was just as described on the…

The house was just as described on the website. The owner of the property was very responsive to any questions we had. She made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The booking process was very simple and the customer service team was top notch! We look forward to a future visit.

The stay was awesome a little hiccup…

The stay was awesome a little hiccup when we got there, but they handled it and everything was good. We did have an issue with the grill both gas bottles were empty. So we ended up just cooking over the fire pit. But over all we loved it. The location the lake everything. We would definitely come back.

God’s Gift is very pet-friendly!!

We really enjoyed our trip. We lived that our unit was very dog friendly. Loved everything about it. Excellent location. Enjoyed talking to the owners Bill and Mary. They were excellent hosts.

Great stay with family of 7 and had all…

Great stay with family of 7 and had all the room we needed. It was great that we all got to fish and take advantage of the hydro bike and paddle boat. Loads of fun for the entire family.

Me and my friends were planning a huge roadtrip this summer. I unfortunately broke my foot and won’t be able to go anymore. The owners refused to give a fair refund after receiving proof of the broken foot and was very rude about it.

My Friend broke his leg, and I was unable to get a refund from these people, I was polite, they were very mean, very bad host do not book with these people, their policy is unfair to me because of my friends injury

We sincerely apologize that our response to your request came across as impolite or mean. Your cancellation request was reviewed internally, however we were unable to approve it with a full refund as it falls outside of the penalty free cancellation window. Per the Airbnb cancellation policy agreed to at the time of booking, guests can receive a full refund if they cancel within 24 hours of booking, provided it is at least 7 days before check in.

While we are able to make exceptions under extenuating circumstances (with supporting documentation), the exception does require that the primary traveler be the affected party. We understand the disappointment from this outcome and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

We would stay again.

We had a great time. The house had plenty of comfortable beds for our large group of 14 ladies. There were plenty of bathrooms. The hostess responded quickly to any need we had. The view was fantastic. The outdoor covered area was great. We stayed outside a deal of the time. The kitchen was well equipped.

Horrible - Will never use again

Allowed me to book a house that was no longer associated with VRBO. Didn’t find out until day of and they just responded that they had meant to cancel the reservation months ago but there was a “technical error” and they could not help because they do not do same day bookings leaving me stranded with nowhere to stay.

EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED

Bryan was wonderful. He knew I was celebrating retires drew a fun message on the driveway for me. SO nice to see that first thing upon arriving at the house. Absolutely perfect space for a large group with plenty of space on the decks and inside as well. Please see my VRBO review for more details.

Beautiful and Very clean

Beautiful place. Very clean and very big bedrooms. Very easy instructions to get into the place. We will definitely being staying there again. Also the people in the neighboring condos were very friendly. Plenty of grocery stores and other stores close by.

The only small thing was that one of the shower head needs to be replaced because the water trickles out. The only reason I know this is because I just changed mine at my house for the same reason. The lime builds up inside the shower head.😂😂. We didn’t let it brother us and there is another shower.

Thank you for letting us rent that great place.

House was very clean and had tons of towels, well stocked kitchen supplies etc. We had an issue we could not figure out with the showers and we received an almost immediate response which was great.

In general

In general, I have a positive relationship with Evolve. My only real complaint is the requirement that I list a reason for blocking a date to prevent a reservation. The list of reasons for the block doesn't provide all the possible reasons. There really is no reason to have to list a reason for blocking a date. I own The Barn and blocking a date should be my choice.
