I purchased some arches on eBay and the box arrived broken and without a fitting kit, arches were slightly off colour to. After trying to get the missing parts resent they just stopped the contact. I now have £200 worth of something I can’t use. Steer clear from these people is my advice.
Bait and switch tactics. Seller has not done anything to rectify the situation. Needed a tailgate pad for a big trip planned but seller left it so long had to go on trip and use the lesser quality pad that was sent. Seller used this as a justification to do nothing. As other buyers said took it to ebay but the Al did nothing and no way to contact a person. Avoid at all costs you are not getting what you paid for and i now have damage to my tailgait as its generic chinese mass produced rubbish. ....still waiting for any kind of response from last message that was the 7th of April. They stated they could provide a partial refund, asked them how much that would be.... no response since then :(
