invalid metallica tickets

Bought two Metallica tickets in Bucharest
from them. At the stadium the QR codes were rejected as invalid. Entry was denied. I drove several hours from another city to Bucharest for absolutely nothing.
Support has completely ignored all messages after the event. Zero accountability. If a full refund is not processed within 24 hours, i'll initiate a chargeback and report this platform for fraud. Avoid at all costs if you want to save your nerves, time and money.
