Our phone lines are down, e-receptionist customer service and sales lines are down. No reply to support emails... has the company closed?

Worst customer service experience, quit the service 2 years ago they still try to charge .... and getting emails from them ....
Try to ring them , there is no way to get in touch with them the number doesn't work , no emails ....
Nothing !!!

Great customer service from John B solved the problem straight away

Very pleased with the prompt and excellent customer service.
I had to correct my email address in the account and change the redirection phone number, this was done in literally seconds by John.

I had some issues in cancelling my account and was billed some extra times. But, thanks to the professional customer service, the issue has been resolved and the refund is on the way.

Brilliant service and easy to use interface. The voicemail forwarding to email is a great feature. They are also open to adjusting plans to suite ones needs (thanks @John at customer services)

We have been trying to cancel our account for over a year. We originally emailed, they said we could only cancel over the phone. We phoned on two separate occasions and they said it was done but continued to take direct debit payments until we cancelled the direct debit. They have since continued to invoice us and demand payments. We continue to ask them to cancel only to receive rude responses, saying that we have to phone the cancellations department, denying that we have already done so (twice).
