Worst customer service experience, quit the service 2 years ago they still try to charge .... and getting emails from them ....
Try to ring them , there is no way to get in touch with them the number doesn't work , no emails ....

We have been trying to cancel our account for over a year. We originally emailed, they said we could only cancel over the phone. We phoned on two separate occasions and they said it was done but continued to take direct debit payments until we cancelled the direct debit. They have since continued to invoice us and demand payments. We continue to ask them to cancel only to receive rude responses, saying that we have to phone the cancellations department, denying that we have already done so (twice).
