Poor customer service

Poor customer service skills need to respect your customers more so than keep harassing them for payments especially when people struggle money wise you make people suicidal from this now stop!!

I have never applied for anything from…

I have never applied for anything from this company & I have a CIFAS in place, plus a very recent note on my equifax stating no companies have permission to search my credit file without my permission. Yet this company has done so today. I have emailed their complaints team but I suspect like other companies have done they will deny all knowledge of doing so or blame automation which is impossible with a CIFAS in place!

Adam was smartly dressed

Adam was smartly dressed, polite & courteous at all times. Very professional and knowledgeable about his role, made me feel welcome (even offered me a cuppa) made me feel at ease whilst I was there or waiting. He explained everything about the loan I was talking out and importantly gor me gave me praise for how I'd conducted my previous loan. Overall a confident with bring pushy team member. As a manager in my previous employment role hevhis destined for better things in future, a very good team member and asset to your company 10/10

Fast, Smooth & Professional Service

The whole journey was excellent from start to finish. Everything was made easy, straightforward, and stress-free. Dean from the Birmingham branch was absolutely fabulous and incredibly helpful throughout the process. The customer service provided was professional, friendly, and efficient.

The money landed in my bank account the very same day as promised, which made a huge difference.

I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and reliable service.

I visited Evlo today for a bank loan and had a wonderful experience with Emma. She was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. My loan was approved quickly thanks to her efficiency. Highly recommend her services.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY - they took a series of 5 days, they asked me so many personal questions going through my bank statements with a fine tooth combe wanting to know everything but my shoe size. All seemed very strange, then wanted to do a series of teams meetings asking me yet more questions to who I transfer money too, to then offer what seemed like a good option but too good to be true as then right at the last verbal again rather than in writing, as it is clearly unethical and said for me to be able to have the loan after having every single item in my name explained that to have the loan I would need to give them personal contact details for three people I know so they can contact them if I don't make a payment. What on earth!! At no point through the endless questions over days did they mention this which is clearly against data protection too and hence why it is said on a teams meeting verbally rather than in writing and who would do this to friends and family. I said absolutely not and am now concerned they have so much information of my personal details including wanting id and pics of me holding my id. This is extremely concerning and worrying that they are conducting business in this way and that others may have gone along with this. Seriously concerning!!
