I have got to thank the customer service team personally, Im sorry I lost my cool when I received my bike. It was supposed to be a gift for my partner and it had scratches on it. This woman from the customer service side was very patient and kinda made me feel guilty for lashing out. The product and service is fine but you guys can work better on the courier service
