I made an order and it was written as they will ship it within 15 days. It has been shipped within Turkey. Then, the product has been lost by shipping company. So, I called both companies many times. The representatives told me we will check and inform you. Then, I received an email. It says, we are sorry for the inconvenience. there was a barcode mistake and we cancelled your order and created new one. I thought it is okay. Then, I could not track my order. I called the company for asking the estimated delivery date and they said, it will be shipped after 1 month! Are you just kidding me? I will not change my review or my opinion about Evidea. It was my first and last order!
