Delivery company lost my mattress and trying to get ahold of eve sleep is a nightmare, final got promised a refunded never turned up.

Where to begin, how about a 50 email thread over the course of 6 months where it can take 2 follow ups before a response is returned 30 days later. Quite simply astounding how poor this company's customer support team is.
Issues are still unresolved from the delivery and I don't think they ever will be to be frank. Mattress is good, but if you have an issue which you will (their delivery set up is a joke and a scam), you haven't a hope of resolving it. Never ever dealt with a company like this. Honestly, the worst experience ever. Avoid like the plague if you can. They use a rolodex of excuses and you will see hilarious copy and pasting going on repeatedly from different customer support agents again and again without any progress on your case. Just awful.
