Scammer, avoid at all costs.
Item order, and after 2 weeks not arrived.
Chased 3 times for courier and tracking details, to magically be told the unknown courier had lost the item in transit. (This was a 1.8m wide by 1m high garden storage unit, so not exactly a small item to loose).
Had to go to PayPal to lodge a complaint to pursue a refund.

Terrible company missed delivery date, no completed order, lack of communication.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

There are a lot of bad reviews out there about this seller with money being taken and not receiving the products but in my experience there was no problem what so ever the stuff I ordered even turned up 2 days earlier than expected I didn’t read the reviews until after I had ordered and thought I had losed my money so that’s the only reason I have given them 3 stars with the anxiety or otherwise it would have been 5 stars with the service I received
Ps This is the fist time I have ordered with this seller I probably wouldn’t order anything again because of the bad reviews that are out there

Worst experience I've ever had!

Tried to sell me a used item from amazon pretending to be new, hoping I wouldn't notice.
Took 10days to deliver.

He literally ordered it from amazon got them to deliver it and slapped £30 on top of the price.

Took 20day to get refund.
Was like talking to a brick wall in messages.

Dirty scammer

I ordered Cerave Eye Care Cream 14ml AT £6.87 from them via OnBuy, cancelled due to pricing error, now priced at £10.75, obviously they do not understand UK Consumer law. Reported them for not supplying at the price advertised to Trading Standards
What a scam

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

No item received. I contacted the seller via Onbuy.com and was told their carrier reported the item was delivered. But I have not received it. Nor have I had any card through my door to say they even attempted delivery.

I asked the seller for tracking info but they did not provide. I asked them if the carrier provided any proof of delivery but they did not provide.

I have also asked my post officer and neighbours in relation to the parcel but they have not received it. The seller said the parcel should have been delivered on the 9 or 10 November and it has not arrived. I have now tried to contact the seller via Onbuy.com and Paypal and have had no response.

Escalated the case via Paypal so hoping they will get me the refund I'm deserved.

Unimpressed. Ordered a membrane from a seller: Everything 4 U UK LTD
I didn't realise this was like Ebay, individual sellers, as I wouldn't have placed an order.
Paid promptly, via PayPal 10th August, still no item, expected delivery date was 13th or 14th August now the 20th August, no update on status and not responding. Why do companies think they can treat customers in this way. Put realistic delivery dates or at least keep us updated. So fed up with covid being used as an excuse.

As I have NOT heard from this awful seller, I escalated my case through PayPal. They allow so many days for Everything UK Ltd to respond or refund. The company did neither and the deadline date was today. I woke to a message from PayPal to advise I have been refunded in full.
Lesson learned, READ reviews before purchasing from sellers on platforms OR always pay with secure payment that you know will fight your corner if required.

I have been wait for full refund from this seller for over 4 months and they still refuse to return my money, I have engaged the promoter ‘OnBuy.com’ but they are not prepared to help or provide a refund. I would warn anyone not to purchase from this buyer, as my experiences have been a nightmare with a numerous e mails just being deflected and not addressed with a full refund!!

Buyer beware. Had to give it one star to start the review although it should be minus stars. Ordered a small TV & had a message stating they could not supply & offered an alternative which I said was not acceptable & cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Two days later no reply so I sent it again & they replied send cancellation notice which I did. The next day they told me it was being delivered after me cancelling the order three times. In the mean time I had purchased another TV. I now have the original order delivered to me. I will keep it as some reviews state that they have not got the product or a refund, well at least I got a TV. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

Even 1 star is too much. Seller sold damaged power pack and then sent another which was also damaged. When I tried to return I never once had an apology. They were also reluctant to offer the correct postage labels. Please avoid at all costs. BAD SELLER!!!!!

But they sent different product, Hot Wheels 9 Car box.

I don't suggest this company and service.

I ordered 2 items on the 6thDec that were not available on Amazon. The items arrived in Amazon packaging & were the wrong items. My messages weren’t answered so I opened a PayPal claim then seller sent me an Amazon return label & I returned the items immediately. PayPal then sent me another return label for a different address which then made my claim invalid,I suspect the seller knew this. After more messages, phone calls to Amazon & PayPal I finally received a refund from the seller a month later. Awful service & a negative attitude.

Don't answer the phone or reply to messages just like their sister companyeverything4youbabies

No product, no money

Fraud.

Like others, ordered stuff in June, nothing arrived, numberous contact with them, no joy, so now getting THE TRADING STANDARDS involved.
I suggest everybody else does so and get this company fined with full refunds.

Order placed in June. Never arrived. Sent emails, made countless phonecalls with no response. Eventually one phonecall answered: sounded like a man outside on a mobile but I explained situation with absent order and was told it would be investigated and I would be informed. Heard nothing. Back to more phonecalls; sent three messages via Facebook page all with no response. Eventually had contact made via the online messaging service on the site: was told (again) my absent order would be investigated and I would be contacted within 48 hours. Heard nothing. I would strongly advise anyone considering placing an order with this company to look at the feedback: there is a common theme.

Like everyone else I ordered a product the beginning of July, not had a confirmation email, nor the product, tried every possible way of contacting them and have achieved nothing. Does any one know how to get the money back?

Terrible company with awful customer service, and also use Yodel as a courier service which makes a shoddy outfit even shoddier! Cannot get hold of them when you have a problem, and they don't seem to respond to messages, emails or voice messages! Would avoid!
