Their comms are completely mismatched from the experience. They have sent me several emails and texts before my appointment with all the info I needed except the important one: that since it had passed more than one year since my last laser epilation, I had to do the patch test again.

It was bad, they rushed my entire appointment, compared to other times I have come, my skin hurts the person doing it was so harsh and in such a hurry to serve other people I don’t understand how you pay so much for such a bad service, the reception lady that worked on 18th July is a very rude lady I don’t know how she got her job, the Chinese lady is the best lady very nice and calm but the rest of them really need a lesson

It was a great experience. Bushra Tabassum has been so gentle and really helpful. She guided me with clarity and made me feel comfortable at first time. And now it has been my second visit and As I wanted Bushra Tabassum to do this session as well.She gave me the same service and made sure I had less pain through out the session.Looking forward for next session with her. I started treatment when they had a 50% off deal, paid for 4 sessions under the understanding I would get 8 in total. When I completed the 4 sessions they said I needed to pay for more. When I looked at the invoice they hadn’t mentioned the promotion. Very dissatisfied with the way they went about this.

Some of the team were great, I did have one lady who did inflict a lot of pain and didn’t seem to care when I was evidently uncomfortable.

I done my brazilian laser hair removal at Everyskin Chiswick. Bushra was amazing. She done it smoothly. She made sure I felt comfortable. She deserved a 5star from me. All the ladies in this branch were so friendly. Highly recommend them all 🙂

Shout out to Kaz in Chiswick branch, she is brilliant and always gives her honest advice. I started to laser at Everyskin after consulting with her and couldn’t be more happier with my results. Other technicians could miss some spots, but never had this issue with Kaz. I will continue my treatments with her only.
