EveryLittleThingCreations is an online SCAM operation

This is an online SCAM operation. They are interconnected with online game sites. They deploy an online trick that makes a pop up on your screen stating that you have won a prize for your outstanding game play.
they offer a free I-phone. The stipulation is that you have to pay $11.49 to cover the shipment. they let you know that you will be enrolled in a membership, with a annual cost of $64.92, and have 3 days to cancel the membership. Your order will take up to 2 weeks to be received.
I gave credit card information and submitted my payment. The screen froze up and I could not get back to the previous information of the company's name. I never got a confirmation that the order was taken. I never got an email of the order being received or being processed. I could not remember the name "everylittlethingcreations". Exactly 3 days later two amounts showed up on my credit card for $11.49 and $64.92
I called my credit card company and went over the charges and the fact that over those 3 days I had received no communication from this company. I got the name from my credit card company and googled the address and phone number. I was told that the item was a cover for an I-Pad. Something that could be bought for $10, and that the membership fee was non-refundable.
I really got duped. I purchase something that is not worth $10 and I only paid $76.41 for the whole thing.
I'm just upset that they never made any attempt to contact me even after the sale. I wrote a letter to the Oho Attorney General's office and the California Attorney General's office to make a complaint and try to get assistance to get the membership fee returned at least. I also went over this with my bank which issued a refund for both. I called the company and was told that the item was shipped already. I canceled the membership, but, after talking to the female person who answered the phone it was quite clear the I had been scammed. She kept saying you gave us your credit card number; so, it was a legal sale. There was no reply as to why the company never sent a sale-completion email, or a thank you for your purchase email; usually received immediately after purchasing any item online. This company is into SCAMS . After 2 weeks there has been no shipment received.
