AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered a single promotional bottle 23…

Ordered a single promotional bottle 23 dollars and was charged 239 dollars for 6 bottles. Ordered on Saturday night at 11pm. Called Sunday morning to cancel. Not an option. Received package following Friday. Returned for a refund. Package arrived the next Friday 9.45am. Was told 3 days to check package and my refund would be prossed. Called 11 days layer and they still haven't looked at product so they say. Guess it's one of those unsavory companies ran by foreigners.

DO NOT ORDER FROM EVERYHEALTH – SCAM!


I ordered from EveryHealth over 3 months ago and STILL haven’t received my order. I’ve contacted their customer service multiple times and got nothing but vague responses and empty promises. No product, no refund.

They’re more than happy to take your money but will ghost you right after. It honestly feels like a scam. I’m legally entitled to a refund, yet they’re ignoring that too.

This is by far the WORST online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I’m warning everyone: stay far away from this site. I’ll never buy from them again and I strongly urge others to do the same.

Be careful!

I ordered some well known Microbiomes Once Daily Women's - 30 Capsules from a Ebay seller. When the item arrived as I opened it, I realised it had a label stuck over the original one. The seller just said that he bought them from Everyhealth and they had just changed the package.Who knows what they are selling.

Avoid Every Health. Terrible customer service and order issues

I placed a substantial order of over £150 with Every Health. Received the wrong items and have been stuck in an infuriating loop of unhelpful customer service. They respond only once every 24 hours with no real action or accountability. A serious company would take responsibility and fix their mistake immediately, but Every Health clearly doesn’t care about its customers. If I had done my research beforehand I would have seen the scathing reviews warning against this company. Steer clear of Every Health. Not worth the little savings you find and there’s multiple other trustworthy companies out there offering same or even better deals.

No problems at all

Despite the poor reviews I had no issues with my order. Not only did they have in stock my preferred brand of vitamins which are hard to get in the UK, i received them well-packaged and within a few days. Great service.

Worst Customer Service Experience Ever

I’ve had the absolute worst experience with Every Health. I waited nearly a month for my package, only to be told it was lost. Mistakes happen, but what followed was beyond unacceptable.

They acknowledged the package was lost but refused to send me a replacement. Instead, they asked if I wanted a refund – as if that was somehow optional. What did they expect? That I’d say, “No, it’s fine, just keep my money”?

The whole situation was handled with zero care for me as a customer. I paid for a product I never received, and instead of simply fixing their mistake, they made me feel like I had to beg for a refund.

Completely unprofessional and hands down the worst customer support I’ve ever encountered. Avoid this company at all costs.

Disappointing Experience with Product & Support.

Extremely dishonest for a company that claims integrity and transparency. I bought the Orgain Organic Plant Protein, advertised as having 0g sugar, but it was disgustingly sweet. I usually buy Garden of Life Raw Organic Protein, which isn’t sweet at all, and chose Orgain expecting something similar.

I left an honest review to warn others, but they didn’t publish it. Looking closer, I noticed they rarely show anything but 4- and 5-star reviews.

I also contacted them for a refund, clearly stating the product had been opened. Instead of being upfront, they dragged me through 5 or 6 emails with irrelevant questions, only to finally say they wouldn’t refund because it was opened. Why not just say so from the start instead of wasting my time?

Questionable practices for a so-called "ethical" company.

You don't receive your order

I wish I had read these reviews sooner!
Placed an order, after a while received an email my order is delayed! Talked to them twice and the only thing they say every time is there is an issue with our warehouse! They said they will raise a dispatch but nothing has happened I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

My orders were always delivered on time and in excelent condition. A bit late, because they came from the US, but hey, free delivery. I made sure to order earlier, before our stocks of Wobenzym ran out. But now they ran out of Wobenzym for good. Out of stocks for months.It is sad, because they had the best offers on the market...

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. It’s a complete scam—well organized, but a scam, all the same. I placed an order on 31/07/24 and I haven’t even had an email to say it’s been shipped. Followed up twice with Ash and Jash and still nothing. I hope this website gets shuts down as I’ve wasted a lot of money, and judging by the reviews, I’m not the only one.

Misleading, cheating...

They misleading in the offers provided, I guess just to get the customers to buy more, then they said that the offer is not there!!!
Very unhelpful customer service, they just give a type of "broken record" response, unwilling to accept their wrongdoing...
I only but from them as they sell Garden of life products...
AVOID if you can buy elsewhere...

Avoid at all costs

An awful site with awful customer service.

Don’t list ingredients on their product pages and when I wrote to enquire about the ingredients in a product, was misinformed, which meant that - due to allergies - the products I bought were unusable. I would not have spent my money with them if I had been correctly informed in the first place.

Edit: I finally managed to get a refund but it was an incredibly painful, drawn out and time consuming experience. When the company realized that customer service had misinformed me about the ingredients in the products they sent me, they should have issued the refund immediately. Instead I had to be in touch with them almost daily, send them the same information multiple times (i.e. there was no continuity and no one was able to look back at previous messages in the thread for the information they needed) and was a bad experience that felt (rightly or wrongly) as if they were hoping I’d get tired of the process and go away/give up. I appreciate that I got the refund but in my subjective opinion is that it should not have taken so much time or effort.
