Correct mats never delivered

If you order from these guys you will likely never receive your mats. And if you do they will likely be the wrong ones and the company will ghost you and not respond to your messages. Also, be careful they operate under more than just one name.

I can also tell you that they will send you an email asking for a reviews. If you give them a bad review your post will never be posted. They read every post before posting them on their site. They must have a lot of family writing reviews for them.

If I had read the reviews I would not…

If I had read the reviews I would not have purchased initially, but my neighbour bought from this company and I was convinced with the quality and the price so I went ahead and placed the order for my Subaru Forester and guess what!!!! I loved the 3D coverage and the quality is as expected.

Loved supporting and seeing Canadian brands succeeding.

Also, they kept emailing about the progress on order which was a peace of mind.

Terrible costumer service

I ordered mats for my Honda 2009. They sent me mats for Honda 2014. I asked them to send me a return kit to return them and have them ship me the correct mats and it has been 4 months now.. they just ignore my messages. They do not deserve even 1 star.

Excellent Quality and Service

EverydayMats = Incompetence

Ordered Nov 12th, shipping label with ICS created but never any updates. They then said it was lost by courier. After that they tried blaming Canada Post strike but that has nothing to do with them as they were supposedly using ICS. After over a month and half had to file a dispute with my Credit card company. Stay away from this business at all costs. Do not wait your time to save some money. Go for the trusted mats from Costco or Tux mats

Perfect fit

Took a while for shipping but mostly due to Canada Post strike. The mats fit perfectly. I was upset because of the delays, but finally I'm really satisfied with my purchase.

Sadly we cant leave 0 star. I ordered mats for my cars... A few days later they send me a shipping tracking number wich is never updated and still at label created. I contacted them and they said it has been ship and there is delay due to canada post so they used another company. Ive waited 2 weeks and stil no update or message from the shipping company after ive tryed to also contact them. I asked for a refund after offering them to send it again using another company again ( i was even offered to pay the delivery )... they have seen my message and didnt answer. Still waiting on my refund. Dont trust this company.

EverydayMats canceled my pre-order without justification after months of delays

I placed a pre-order with EverydayMats at the start of September when there was a discount, with an estimated delivery date later in September. Countless delays ensued. While frustrating, I did not need my order urgently, so I waited. Eventually, the estimated delivery date was November 29-30.

On November 26th, my pre-order was canceled by EverydayMats. They gave no explanation and ignored all of my communications related to this. At the same time, the product was still listed as available for pre-order on their website with the same estimated delivery date. Of course, it did not include the discount I had originally, so it was more expensive.

I am very disappointed by this company after being so patient with them. They cannot be trusted.

Update: After posting this review, I received a reply from EverydayMats in which they stated that they canceled my pre-order by accident and that I should place another one. I had to explain to them that this would cause me to lose the original discount before they offered to lower the price. By that point, I had already ordered mats from somewhere else. I personally think the "canceled by accident" explanation is fishy, so my rating of the company remains the same.

Like to give zero star for customer service

I placed my order on OCT 22, 2024. Emailed their customer service as I did not receive my order at last received my package on OCT 29, 2024. But my passenger side mat looks like a returned that was repacked and send to me. It has burnt marks, emailed customer service same day but till today NOV 10,2024 no reply. Please do not shop here worst customer service.

"Preorder" Charged for But Never Delivered!

Actually would rate 0 stars.

Made a "preorder" for Tesla mats. To my surprise my credit card was charged. After 2 notices that mats are "delayed" I have not received them. May have to contact Visa to file a complaint. Do not order from Everydaymats!
Update: Everydaymats sent me refund. Still annoying that they charged for mats that could not be delivered

ONE OF THE BEST CUSTOM MADE MATS IN TOWN

I recently purchased a set of mats for my WRX STI 2020 model from Everyday Mats, and I’m extremely satisfied with both the product and the service. The mats fit perfectly in my car, almost as if they were custom made specifically for the model. They offer great protection and are made of high quality material that feels durable and easy to clean.

The delivery was prompt, arriving right on time as promised, which I really appreciated. The entire process was smooth, from ordering to installation. Everyday Mats is a reliable company that clearly values its customers with excellent service and a quality product. Highly recommended.

Never buy - Will not honor return policy

Absolutely horrible, and possibly one of the worst experiences buying something online.

This seller WILL NOT honor the return policy and simply ignoring your emails regarding it.

Bought mats for my 2019 Kia Forte. The description said it fits models from 2019-2023. However, when I received the product, I found that the mats do not fit my vehicle properly: 1) front driver section covers trunk lever and gas tank lever, 2) rear mat does not fit at all, 3) does not account for the hooks that are attached to the car leaving gap between carpet and mat. I tried to give it a chance but it was simply unusable for my car.

Mat looked good (though it's a kind of knock-off of TuxMat) so it was very unfortunate.
I contacted the company via email as stated in the website.

First contact was on Jan. 4th, 2024.
Got a reply back on Jan. 8th asking for further information.
Replied with details and pictures on Jan. 9th.

Then I received no response.

Sent follow-up email on Jan. 15th -> no reply
Another follow-up email on Jan. 18th -> still no reply
Another follow-up email on Jan. 22th -> no reply

At this point, it was very frustrating as the 30-day return window was nearing and there was no other way to contact them (no phone number on the website).

Finally, I decided to return the product by myself to the return address stated on the website.

Shipping cost alone came out to be $63.

After I got the delivery notification from FedEx, I sent another email, saying I have returned the product to return address, it had been delivered (confirmed by FedEx) and asking for full refund + shipping cost which was supposed to be covered by the seller.

Surprisingly, I literally got the reply back within 10 minutes. This was the most infuriating part. All those emails without replies, but it was this simple to get a response? It just goes to show that he/she had been ignoring my emails on purpose.

As well, apparently, the return address has changed and is different than the one provided on the website.

Finally, the seller also refused to refund the shipping cost which would not have been incurred in the first place if he/she replied to my request/emails in time.

The seller ended up refunding the original cost but refused to refund the shipping cost of ~$60.

Purchase was December 22.
It dragged on until today (Feb. 7)

It's infuriating and amazing how this kind of business practice exists. Very shady.

In the end, the product seems to be decent if it fits your vehicle. But if it doesn't and you need to return the product, the seller will (seemingly) intentionally ignore your requests/emails, not horning the return/refund policy.

Do yourself a favor - save your money and time and shop elsewhere (ie. Tuxmat, WeatherTech) for the car mats.

How ever you have decided to return the item to our old location without further notification from us, we did not receive the package as we are no longer in the location you sent the item to, we do not usually refund if we do not receive the items back but yet we decided to refund you the entire amount since we want to honor and show appreciation for you being our first time customer.

We cannot process and pay for the shipping cost because we did not approve you to send the items to the location and we did not get the package, also we work with specific shipping partners to reduce our shipping cost.

We try and be fair with every customer, we do apologize for any inconvenience and will try and work on better/faster service

This was an unfortunate situation because of us moving our warehouses, we sincerely apologize.
