Support suddenly disappears (but eventually resolved the issue).
I ordered a notebook from their web shop, but it didn't arrive. This in itself is on the postal service, but the case must be filed by the sender. I took contact via mail and the initial response was quick. Then when pointing out that, while the track and trace showed it was delivered, and I had tried to find out if it was delivered on another address, they have not responded to my request to initiate a case with the courier.

Update:
~2 weeks had passed before I heard back. They pointed out that they had started an investigation, which was not concluded yet. They however cancelled, and refunded, my initial order. This I think was a good solution. As mentioned, this issue arose from PostNL and not Everyday Hero, but I would have feld more confident if they had updated me when they initiated the investigation and not two weeks later (after my post here).
I will stress, that they ship quickly and the second order got delivered without any issues.
