I wish I could give zero stars!! Absolute crap product. Ordered glasses recommended for my age by the company,but when they eventually arrived they were rubbish. Asked if I could return them and get stronger pairs,they offered me £3,then £8 refund and I keep the glasses. If I wanted to return them it would cost me more that they were worth!!!
Got my refund from PayPal instead. Don’t order anything from these people!

Received yesterday,well packaged,quick delivery. Great item,mascara does lift lashes with a good look,very pleased.

That's where the positive stuff ends......

Not at all what I had hoped for.
The delivery took a lot longer than I had imagined but the glasses arrived eventually in good condition.
However, for me the glasses don't work. Not even close. The close up reading aspect is blurry and the middle / long distance wasn't clear and concise at all and very cheap looking.
Unfortunately for me, the promise in the advertising campaign and the actual reality are absolutely poles apart. I will not be ordering anymore and neither will my family and friends, sorry.
Oh and as for refund... Forget it, I paid just short of thirty pounds.... After much petty haggling I finally accepted twelve pounds .... They're making millions off people I'm sure !!

The item arrived but it’s not fit for purpose the fixings are plastic not metal it’s smaller than advertised and when you put it on a hose the water comes out of the connection s and the gun does not stay on so either I have my money back or a. Proper metal working gun ASAP

For once this year I was told the truth I can use my glasses while reading close up and faraway watching tv.. Thank you for not conning me however I have 1 problem … my dad ordered a pair and he said they never arrived… if u get the chance can u send me the link to order as I’ll get another pair and get one for my dad.

Kept up to date with tracking parcel, left in secure place.

Lovely little bird bath/feeder in the shape of a poppy. Packaging was a little squashed but no damage to the flower. Good size flower as my hubby was concerned it might be tiny and no room for a bird 🤣. Would recommend. Just need to think about where to put it now because where we live is prone to very high winds!

I give them no stars, do not buy anything from them, items I stupidly ordered don’t fit and are very poor quality, so I asked for a refund and I would return them, they have been haggling with me since, first offered £3, then £5 now apparently £7 is their final offer, they cost nearly £30.

Hi, I used one last night, but never had any wax on it. The idea is good, but I have to wait and see. 5* for service and customer contact. Than you. .......... Bill
