Mediocre email filter
Failed to recognize phishing emails. Example: we had a phishing campaign hit us and many other organizations. The other orgs using out-of-the-box spam protection recognized the phishing emails and blocked them. Everycloud failed. We had to use manual rules when we were hit with a new campaign in order to protect from additional emails. While it's a good practice, it shouldn't be necessary every time. The other nitpick was the flash interface. We were told html5 was on the roadmap but it never materialized.
