I placed an order for T shirts and on 9th April received an email apologizing for delay from Rick promising compensation with a gift card
Despite sending messages asking about this all you get is a useless AI response stating a human would need to sort it

Awesome t-shirts great quality I paid the extra for the heavyweight fabric and they were exactly what I've been looking for these won't shrink after the first wash like some cheap shirts. Quick delivery and very fair priced

Not good quality

They're just not that high quality. They are as thin as standard t shirts. Not bad for the price, good fit but not worth the hype

Quality of the t-shirt is excellent really happy with fitting i shall be ordering again delivered on time 😊

At last a quality made and affordable T-shirt that was long enough for my 'Long Back'.
I am so impressed with the whole transaction from website, ordering, delivery and of course a great product.

I personally wouldn’t buy from here again. The quality isn’t as advertised. The T-shirts were practically see through (in white anyway) the returns process is buyer paid for, and don’t get refund of delivery. Now if you just change your mind, fine. But when the item is not as advertised, doesn’t sit well with me. They’re not “long” they’re actually quite short. They fit small to size not true to size. Won’t use them again unfortunately.

The tees fit well, but the quality is horrible. Within 2 washes 8/10 tees had stitching coming apart and when I contacted customer service I was told I can replace 1 a month… won’t be a buying again and don’t recommend anyone else to do so either

Very poor customer service. Returned shirts for size exchange. They received them a month ago. Still not had anything back. Can only get in contact with an AI bot. Going round in circles. Would not recommend this company. No shirts and no money back.

Great T shirts. Excellent fit. Do not lose shape after washing/drying.

Lovely T-shirts , they make me look about 2 stone lighter hiding all my belly fat. Soft and wash very well.

Well made Tees, as promised, and comfortable. I would have liked longer sleeves but seems this has become a thing of the past.

T-shirts arrived after a small delay (must be sold faster than they can make them. A good sign!) and delivered on the advertised quality and fit. I'll be adding more for sure!

DO NOT BUY THESE T-SHIRTS - if you've seen the ads, read the paid reviews, do not get sucked in like I did.

I'm not sure who they've been paying to submit 5 star reviews on Trustpilot because I've honestly seen better quality t-shirts in Primark. One wash in and the black has faded, the seams have wrapped and it's shrunk. Terrible, likely imported t-shirts of the lowest quality being marketed as 'lifetime'. I don't know how they've gotten away with it this long.

Delivery had limited tracking (likely due to the t-shirts going through customs, but of course that isn't mentioned).

That's not all. I made the silly error of rushing through my first order and accidentally ordered the wrong size. That meant I had to deal with the so called customer service experience offered by Evertee - what a joke.

Having spent quite literally a month going back and forth with an AI customer service bot via email, I finally had a refund issued. But that's not before being told I have to wait 15 business days before they'll even consider looking for my parcel or escalating it to a real human, and even then I was told because I hadn't uploaded a tracking number to their 'portal' they couldn't issue a refund (despite having attached it to the email and the AI confirming it was there).

If like me you've been bombarded with social media ads from Evertee or paid influencers to buy these shirts, then please heed my warning and DO NOT BUY THEM, as you will regret it.

Save your money, buy your t-shirts on the high street or from reputable sellers. Or as mentioned, Primark, as they'll last longer.

Superb shirts, nice colours, flattering fit (I'd consider myself on the larger side of athletic, for context) and insane value. Minimal packaging too which I really appreciate, as someone that tries to minimise their carbon footprint.

I don't really reach for much else since getting the shirts.

Only qualm I had was the delivery. A little slower than expected and not many updates unless you sign up to 'Shop', which I have absolutely no intention to do. In fact, the website still reports the package as being 'On it's way' and I've been wearing them for almost two months now.

I have recommended these to many friends and my wife loves borrowing them for a lazy, loose-fit too. It's a good thing I got a few 😆
