Everstone Finance is an independent mortgage and finance brokerage founded by two former bankers, Ahmed Lotfi and Zappelin Heng. We spent more than a decade inside Australia's major banks learning how lenders assess, price and structure loans. Today that knowledge works exclusively for our clients. We are based in Melbourne and work with clients right across Australia, meeting by Zoom, phone or in person, seven days a week. WHAT WE DO Home lending is the heart of the business: first home purchases (including first home buyer schemes where eligible), next home moves, refinancing, and investment lending across principal and interest or interest only structures. We also arrange bridging loans structured so you make no repayments between buying and selling, construction and renovation finance with progress payments and buffers built in, equity release, and car and personal loans. For business owners and investors we arrange commercial property finance for retail, office and industrial assets, business loans for working capital, expansion and acquisition, development finance from land purchase through to completion, compliant SMSF lending, and commercial vehicle, equipment and chattel mortgage finance. Beyond individual loans, we advise on strategy and structure: loan splits, offset accounts, debt recycling and debt consolidation tuned to your goals rather than to a lender's product list. HOW WE WORK We partner with more than 40 banks and private lenders, and we negotiate rather than just compare. Because we know where the margin sits inside a loan, we contact lenders directly and push for sharper terms based on your specific file. You receive a clear side by side comparison and a straight recommendation, never a sales pitch. Our service comes at no charge to you. Like most Australian brokers we are paid a commission by the lender you choose, and we act under the Best Interests Duty, which legally requires us to put your interests first. We stay long after settlement. Every client receives a proactive review every six months, rate monitoring in between, and when a better deal appears we show you exactly what it looks like and handle the switch.
