Does what others failed to do
Having tried unsuccessfully to register with three other e-pharmacies (one even said my address didn't exist), I was ready to give up and return to filling my scripts the old-fashioned way. However registering with Evermed was straightforward, as was placing the order, which arrived two days later.

Expensive delayed delivery
Advertised as same day delivery which was great but then I found out I had to pay $10 for same day delivery and had to wait 4hours+. This isn't ideal for medication especially since I was unwell and combined with bad asthma

We'd love to offer free delivery and we can see how this would be very appealing, but our couriers need to be paid for their time and we need to run a sustainable business. If you'd like cheaper delivery, we do offer Australia Post delivery for $2.95 to any capital city, which we believe is the best price in the market.
Regarding delivery time, we noticed that you selected a same-day delivery time slot of 3-6pm, and we delivered your medication at 3.08pm. As we grow, we'll be offering earlier time slots for delivery, which will hopefully ensure that you can receive your meds faster.

Sorry Evermed
Sorry Evermed. I think the concept is great but I didn't have a great experience. After online GP appointment I ordered prescription via your service. I had COVID at the time so self isolating could not leave house. Delivery was ideal. The same day option was not available on website. Which seems to be the whole premise of using your business. Had to use a carrier. It took 3 days via express post which I paid extra for. Too slow. Lucky I wasn't deathly ill before getting to me. Left in mailbox also so not exactly isolating either upon collection of item.

It’s always our goal to deliver orders as quickly as possible. You’ll see from delivery tracking that your order was dispatched within 2hrs but unfortunately in the run-up to Christmas delivery timeframes with Australia Post were slightly delayed. We quoted 1-4 days for delivery and we did deliver within that timeframe, but we’re always keen to get medication delivered faster.

I am disappointed
I am disappointed. The reason I went with your service was because you advertised same day delivery. By the time I went through the whole order it was to be delivered in 2 days. But it is now day 3 I don’t have my medication but it shows it was delivered. I will now have to go to the chemist and use my second script. I feel I have lost the first and wasted money. I don’t think I will use this again as it is not convenient not to mention I have lost money and a script.
