This company started taking money out of my account when I had never even heard of them. I had discussed a policy with Senior Life (which I cancelled) and these people appeared at the same time but say they have no connection. The first I was aware was when a deduction was taken from my account. BEWARE.
UPDATE 19 June 2024
They now say that Senior Life do pass details to them. After I raised a fraud enquiry with my bank they refunded the amount taken, after 6 weeks of my asking.
I promised if they refunded I would update my review sooo...I still have to be truthful but I have kept my promise.
Only 1 star because you have to give at least one, I would never recommend dealing with this company and be careful when discussing policies with Senior Life.

Ms Audrey Duck gave me personal attention, information, care and service for the purchase of my mother's grave monument. This was my first time doing funeral arrangements, let alone burial arrangements. She helped me know my options/requirements for my local NC cemetery, and provided great advisement in the monument selection and creation. She went above and beyond helping me coordinate with the local cemetery and local installation company. The monument is beautiful, and captures the love I wanted to pour into my mother's monument. Our Mom passed last month (March-2024) and we had to negotiate expenses to ensure she had an honorable and beautiful homegoing.
