First we were only told the premium was due for renewal the day it was actually due giving us no chance to look round for other options. It was then impossible to get through on the phone. Now, a month or so later, we are told that we have been undercharged and have to pay more.
Overall very poor service.
Avoid at all costs!!
It seems like the staff don't stay long which is a huge red flag - all my experiences with this company have been awful. They never pick up the phone and take forever to reply.

The application was fairly straightforward and the staff were very helpful. Although I am not very savvy in IT matters, the instruction and process of completing the form on line was both clear and simple.
