Beware of this company!

Beware of this company!
The product itself is quite good but the customer service is the worst of all the customer services I have every encountered.
Very late reactions (if answered at all), rude, calling you by the wrong name it is a drag!
Strange policies about returning, very secretive about their location, no phone number to call it is really bad folks!
At the moment i am still waiting for a payment after returning a rubber strap that they could have stopped sending in the first place, I dont think I will get my money back at all to be honest.
