Very disappointed, useless after 6 weeks!!

Very disappointed, beautiful wellies but that's where it ends. Purchased late November as Xmas gifts. Started wearing after Xmas and after six weeks the inner liner started to come away. They said the wellies must be too big but they were so tight to get on a smaller size would be impossible. They asked for pictures which I sent and I heard no more. Paypal refused help because it was outside their 30 day window. £41.65 wellies useless after six weeks. The years old cheapo wellies they were to replace still going strong!! Stay away!!

Wellies started leaking in months

Wellies started leaking... Only had them a few months, leaking at the seems. Have tried contacting customer services and not received any reply. They were nice looking wellies, a Christmas present, but when walking the dog daily, did not stand up to the test. Will not buy this brand again

Bad quality rainboots.

I have experience with 3 pair rainboots of Evercreatures and they all have the same issue.
They leak by the seam after a few months.
Nice boots for sunny weather but of no use with rainy weather.
Very bad quality.

Poor quality and straight to landfill

I purchased these wellies as was impressed by the stress and endurance tests Evercreature claim they put their products through.
Sadly my £40 wellies lasted all of 3 months. I am so disappointed on two fronts. Firstly the quality of supposedly premium wellies, and secondly I have emailed their customer services twice and not had a reply.
If I wanted fast fashion i’d have bought a £10 pair from a cheap high street retailer. Personally I wanted a pair that endured the rest of time and didn’t end up in landfill 3 months down the line.

Huge disappointment

I thought by investing in pricier boots they would last, I was wrong. The insoles move around. After 2 weeks the pull on tab snapped off but I thought maybe this was a fluke. After about 6 months of occasional walks in the rain they split across both toes. Cannot recommend you avoid this brand strongly enough. They look nice but so do some from the local supermarket at a 1/4 the price!

Not worth it & crap customer service

I hoped that because these wellies were expensive they would last. Less than 8 weeks of light wear for dog walking and they have split in several places making them unusable. This in itself isn’t enough to make me write a bad review but the fact that I then contacted customer service about it and received NO response ( still waiting about 3 weeks later with not even an acknowledgment of my message). Even a sorry would have made a difference but nothing. I definitely won’t be buying from them again

I love my calf height rainbow wellies

I love my calf height rainbow wellies. No idea why the others gave a bad review. I am a UK 6/7 bought a UK 7 and they fit well even though I have broad feet. Granted I probably can't fit thick socks in them but maybe I could if I took out the removable insole. I find them super comfy and they've been warm to wear during during the winter (haven't had chance to wear in the snow yet)

so disappointed especially given the price !

Lovely wellies but so disappointed, the calf sizing is great, the foot sizing is rubbish, even 2 sizes bigger and you still can’t wear anything more than the thinnest summer socks ! Already cost me £15.85 to send the first bigger size back, which was already one size bigger than my feet, can’t afford that again, STAY CLEAR !
