Purchased a jacket, they sent a jacket that was both sized incorrectly and horribly mis-shapened (sleeves non-symmetrical lengths, hems not sown, collar uncentered and non-symmetrical). They do not have an established method to provide returns, just state that you must contact them to request what is essentially an RMA to do the return, and claim that it is hassle free; I contacted them five times during the return period and they never once replied. Their product is garbage, they are not true to their written word, and their customer service is non-existent.

Bought 2 Jackets choosing size from their chart. Expected items to ship from France actually came from China. Must have shrank on the way. Neither coated was anywhere near the size stated. Contacted them - no problem we can have 50% refund or return them at our expense (£30) to USA. Feel totally ripped off. Also coats were nothing like the description.

I had my jacket delivered today and I'm delighted with it. Perfect fit and excellent quality. Will definitely use evercliff again.

Good service provided decent quality and tracked delivery highly recommend only downside was a 3 week wait but covid19 had its part to play in that

I just bought a pair of shoes and pure leather jacket from this website worth£150. I just wasted my money, the quality of the item is so cheap, the shoe is as light as flip flops, the leather jacket is as light a feather and it’s not even pure leather as it described in their website. I just feel into their trick,their discount and the pictures of the item in their websites. Please don’t buy anything from this website before you buy do some research. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY...

Horrible!!! I've purchased three jackets, totalling a cost of close to $300. The package never came, they directed me to FedEx to file a claim, FedEx directed me back to the shipper. DO NOT PURCHASE from them. They will scam you out of your money and will not even provide the slightest assistance to make it right.

I found their stuff across multiple websites all hosted by the same people, all claiming to be going out of business. They have the same items and just photoshop their label on it. DO NOT buy from these people, their website is FAKE. Super sketchy, BEWARE.
